Apple Blossom is a great venue but the food and service didn't impress. They seated 5 of us at a very wobbly table and acknowledged it but made no effort to give us alternatives or correct it. The service was attentive until our server disappeared for a very long time. The drinks came very slowly. The food was unimpressive with the trout being overcooked and the bread being unique but undesirable to my entire group.

We didn’t realize until we got to the restaurant that it was part of a hotel. I wish this didn’t change our opinion, but other dining experiences for breakfast attached to a hotel usually disappoint. The food was fine, nothing special on the menu for breakfast, but came out hot and as ordered. Service was incredibly slow. There were at least three servers and maybe that many tables with guests when we’re arrived. Overall, we got to spend quality time with our friends, but nothing stands out from this place and we will most like not return.

Jeff was Amazing!! He was very personable. He is one of the Best people we have had the pleasure of working with while we had brunch. He ultimately would be the reason we return

We really enjoyed this place. The food was delicious. The server was kind. The restaurant was bright and clean and pretty. Parking is downtown Denver parking. But it’s hard to find a place that really leaves a good lasting impression lately and this is one that does.

During Restaurant Week we tried Apple Blossom for the first time. The service was wonderful. The frisee salad was fresh. The truffle shrimp pasta was rich with a good amount of shrimp. For dessert the limoncello bread pudding was well prepared. I would have liked a lemon creme anglaise with it. Overall it was a pleasant evening

Really enjoyed the Entrees. We just thought it was a little expensive. Very tasty food. My husband had the salmon and really liked it. The Seafood Risotto was delicious and spicy. I had the Rigatoni Bolognese and it was my favorite of all I tasted. It is featured in the Denver Passbook. Great Atmosphere/Service. We would go back.

The four course meal options were ideal. The wife and I both chose opposite options and were quite surprised how good everything tasted. Highly suggest you give them a try. You won't be disappointed.

Visited for anniversary on Valentine’s Day. Special Prix Fixe menu was expensive and rather meh… would be interested in trying food off regular menu and see if it is also mid…

I actually really like this restaurant. It's never super busy, which is a plus when every other restaurant in the vicinity is jam packed with no room. The food is always delicious and I have never had anything bad there in the few times I've gone.
