It was a lot of fun to be in the oldest family run restaurant in the United States. We also enjoyed the wine list. Our server and the server assistant were both really nice people.

This waqs our first time to Anotine's and found it delightful. The Chargrilled oysters were so good we had to order a second plate of them. The seafood gumbo was good but we've had better elsewhere. But with the great jazz trio playing in the background and great service it made for a delightful experience.

We have been many time but perhaps not again. While the food is wonderful, the service this time was surprisingly poor. Our server abruptly walked away while taking our order looking for a pen, served the wrong wine to each of us, did not remember who ordered what (there were two of us), and we struggled to get their attention to her service. All not indexing many restaurants but not expected at a restaurant of this caliber

Hosts were unorganized, impersonal and weird. Told us they would come get us when table ready, they never did. Then when we went to see if table ready they acted like they had never seen us before. We dressed for dinner because they said they had a dress code then they let people in with shorts and flip flops. Not worth the price.

We have been here before. This time it was awful. The French onion soup was excellent then over an hour went by and our food came out. We had the fish with Almonds and NO sauce was added and we had the pompano with no sauce. They did not bring the soufflé of potatoes. It took 30 minutes to advise the wait staff. Then they didn’t care. Took the potatoes off the bill. Said they couldn’t make them. It was a lot of waisted time! This restaurant should not be visited.

The red fish was amazing 5 stars but the lobster mac was basic. The lobster was tough and the cheese sauce was loose and tasted frozen I had expected made on house for $18. Which lead to the middle rating of 3 stars.

The atmosphere, service, and food were all what we desired. We chose the 222 oyster option and enjoyed the 3 recipes, then 2 bowls of soup (asparagus and french onion), and 2 entrees. The fish pamadoro needed way more sauce. It was dry and rather bland. Our other entree was the tenderloin which was prepared perfectly and was divine.

Everything was amazing! Jaden and Christian were excellent servers. The only thing that could have been better was the lobster Mac n cheese. There was little to no flavor, it tasted like water. We did share this feedback while in the restaurant as we thought the chef would want to know, since it didn’t align with the amazing flavors of everything else. Great place to eat! Also, we were worried if we would meet the dress attire requirement’s, but they seemed very relaxed on this as people came in with jeans, t-shirts, etc and they were not turned away.

On my first visit to NOLA, I wanted to dine at the famous Antoine’s. Overall the food was good, not great. Except, for the Baked Alaska; outstanding! The miniature martini glasses were only two thirds full. When I requested that my wife and I get a better pour on our second round, they weren’t much better. The waiter staff, et al, were excellent. Glad we dined at Antoine’s. I’ll pass next time.

Paul was the most cordial and attentive waiter. Our food choices that he recommended were excellent: escargot, oysters, pompano and gumbo were some of our choices. Ambiance was a very romantic experience.

Brandon & Fairy were our servers and both were outstanding!! The soufflé potatoes, soft shell crab lunch item, and bread pudding were to die for. Best deal in town.

First time we were not happy here. Service Very poor. Server never checked on us after we received our meal and drinks. We were there 3 hours due to long wait times between courses. Very disappointing it depends on your server at this restaurant.

Not sure anymore here. A few good dishes . Oysters on the grill and Gumbo. Bugs in my martini? Red wine in an ice bucket? Feels like a restaurant better suited to the tourists from a Greyhound somewhere on their first visit to NOLA !

Definitely a must do experience if you’re going to New Orleans. There’s a lot of interesting history at this restaurant and we were lucky enough to have a staff member guide us around the different rooms. Food was above average but pretty pricey.

We had a fabulous dinner. We both had the filet. So tender and delicious! Our server Delaney was delightful. You could see she loves her job and was excited to see we had a memorable dinner.

Surprised that staff does not greet guests---the host grabbed menus and started walking with no greeting or instruction. Fish was over cooked and order was mixed up. With the history and longevity it was surprising that kinks were not worked out to make it spectacular at the price point being charged.

Great old-school restaurant in the French Quarter. Antoine’s serves classic dishes in a beautiful setting that’s like stepping back in time. If you don’t want much noise, ask to sit in the front dining room. Always a pleasure to go.

The potatoes brandant sounded fantastic, but were below average, for some reason my potato soufflé never came and they were out of crème brûlée. French onion soup was good. Very average meal over-all.

Loved the ambience, the service was excellent and the food was amazing. The charbroiled oysters were delicious. They also made my birthday dinner special. Highly recommend

First time visiting NOLA and we went to this restaurant the last day and wow the food service and ambiance was amazing. Hands down the best meal I have had. 100% recommend.
