Second time at Antique Garage and always a big hit. I would recommend coursing out the meal, however, if you go - our waiter recommended bringing all at once; and I would definitely course it to enjoy the ambiance and environment longer. The space is great - small, but perfect for Mercer Street. The wine and drinks are awesome. The food is delicious.

Mother's Day Brunch with my parents (in their 80s). We were seated at a table for 2 people, that would have been small for 2, but for 3 was ridiculous (corner banquette. There wasn't room for our plates with coffee cups, my plate was off the edge of the table the whole time. We ordered 1 salmon scramble, and two farmer's omelettes, and requested that one substitute feta for goat cheese. Although I asked the server a second time if he understood, and he repeated it back, the order was still messed up - my mom's omelette included the goat cheese. We asked for a side of fries, they added fries to two of the dishes. The charged $12 for a "side" of feta instead of just making the omelette w feta. The maitre d' removed the extra charge, which I appreciate (thank you!), but still, waiting extra time for them to remake my mom's omelette without the goat cheese, while our food had been served, made for a discordant, less enjoyable meal. It was incredibly noisy which I don't have a problem with (they can't control the guy at the next table who felt the need for everyone in the restaurant to hear him). But the server just not putting in the order right was not acceptable. The food was ok, a little greasy. There are a lot of restaurants to choose from - I thought the menu looked interesting, but this is one and done.

Very disappointing overall. The food is very average and EXTREMELY overpriced - 4 cubes of lamb for $42. and 4 cubes of chicken for $34! I've had much better hummus elsewhere and the fava dip was also mediocre. The ground beef in phyllo dough was more like pate and drowning in tzatziki. Tables are so close together you are literally sitting with the people next to you. The service, however, is very solicitous and professional.
