We had a beautiful evening at angel rooftop bar. Drinks were delicious and the atmosphere is amazing. Great service and the humus was fantastic

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our time and experience at Angel Roofbar & Dining. What a great place for views, drinks, dinner and fun/friendly staff. Spending our very first night at Angel truly set the tone for a wonderful experience. GREAT PLACE!!!

We were a party of 13 that booked in advance & were told we would be seated together. When we arrived, we were told we had to split up. We were not in open air or rooftop but on one of their terraces with plastic walls up around us. The view was horrible. The service was bad. One table of our group was not even served mains, when we had finished. The drinks were small and poor. They are advertised as a bar but didn’t know how to make a Vesper martini. Food was just average. Music was very loud. Multiple times we requested it be turned down to no avail. Do not recommend.

La ringraziamo per il suo feedback in quanto la soddisfazione dei nostri clienti è importantissima per noi quindi siamo desolati che non abbia avuto un’esperienza ottimale. I feedback sono per noi fondamentali, ci aiutano a crescere ed a migliorarci ogni giorno. Siamo davvero dispiaciuti che non abbiate apprezzato il nostro menù, esso è curato nei minimi dettagli dal nostro chef ed ogni piatto viene realizzato con prodotti freschi e biologici. Siamo contenti che abbiate apprezzato la location e speriamo di accogliervi nuovamente per mostrarvi il nostro valore e farvi cambiare idea.

The service was horrible, 3 different servers and none were any good. The food was weak. They were out of Chanti. How does an Italian restaurant run out of wine? We had a 7 pm seating so its not like there was a run on it. There menu only offered a few selections and they were out of ravioli too. Mama Mia itsa dump.

We are sorry that you didn't enjoy your evening on our Rooftop, our whole team puts a lot of effort and passion into creating the best experience possible for our guests! Unfortunately our suppliers didn't provide us with our order on time and as you mentioned wine and pasta is very famous in Italy and the high quality ones run out very fast! We offer other options since our restaurant does not have a typical italian cuisine but a fusion with the mediterranean cuisine as base! Again we are sorry that you didn't experience our passion for the place we will take your comments into consideration and we still hope you visit us again to prove you that we can do better!

Food: main dish was very nice but cold dishes was average or below average. Service was also below average.

On top of a hotel is this great little restaurant bar. The views were great. We were seated inside which wasn’t a bad thing as it was a bit windy and cold. Heaters in the covered area kept us warm. We ordered a pasta dish each, seafood and the courgette. Both were presented hot and looked fantastic. My seafood dish was lovely, full of flavour and delicious. My wife enjoyed her courgette pasta dish and especially liked the mix of deep fried with raw courgette. We shared a bottle of white on the advice of our server, which complimented the dish perfectly. Music was a bit energetic and could be slightly more gentle and romantic for the setting but it didn’t bother us or take away from the experience. Would recommend.

The shrimp ravioli was AMAZING. I wasn't thrilled with the salad, but that's just a personal taste. However, I will say this was the best meal I've had in Florence. It was also the most expensive.
