I forgot the name of the waiter but him and the rest of the staffs were very polite and kind. Also the foods and the drinks were great even though the food portion is not that big. I’d definitely recommend this place.

It was all great but we had a pitcher of margaritas and had hardly any alcohol in it. I know this because I can barely drink two tequila drinks without getting tipsy and I felt nothing after half a pitcher.

After having to change restaurants found this GEM and was so sad it was our last night in NYC. Will def tell everyone we know in the city about this great place. The food was delicious, the staff including the manager was kind and attentative as well as knowledgeable. A WIN all around!

Hosted a farewell for a colleague last night and it was fantastic. The manager Benny suggested a last minute pivot from a sit down dinner to a cocktail party with food and it worked out so much better for everyone! Now I need to go back for dinner.

No need to emphasize the 90minutes when the place is empty. Went on Easter Sunday and was surprised it wasn’t more packed at noon. Food is good. Would be good to have smaller shareables. Staff could have been more attentive, especially since it was half empty for most of our meal.

We were seated promptly and the service staff was excellent. The food came out on time. We had a frozen Mango Margarita. The drink was very weak of alcohol, and it wasn’t worth the price paid for, very disappointing!! My wife had the salad with grilled shrimp and said it was just good. The guacamole was fresh and delicious but the chips were just okay and not crispy. I had the grilled shrimp tacos and they were good. The reservation was for 3/16/2024. Overall a good experience at Anejo.

It was one of my best friend's birthdays and they forgot we requested them to bring her a cake with sparkler at the end of our brunch which we requested in advance because it was included. Loved the chips but all the food was a little too heavy for my taste. Expect to leave sober even if you get the bottomless, zero alcohol in the drinks.

I apologize. Please understand that the Anejo staff does everything possible to make sure all experiences are memorable. The birthday sparkler is something done to enhance the occasion. It is not part of any package or something that needs to be ordered. What it sounds like is that the server simply made a mistake and forgot to bring it out. We are only human. I fully understand that you mentioned it the beginning, and I'm sure if you reminded the server, we would've made it right. As far as the drinks being weak. Well that is a first. We normally don't receive complaints on our drinks, but I would like to say having guests leave here drunk is not a goal of ours. We ask that all guests drink responsibly. The food was decent, not amazing but also definitely not bad. Service was very slow, our waiter hardly noticed us and it look a long time to order. It was very noisy inside, people across the table could not hear me.

My mother has difficulty walking and a shellfish allergy. They immediately offered a bathroom on the mail level instead of her walking downstairs to their public restroom. They also immediately asked about allergies as soon as we sat. Staff was attentive to an outstanding degree. The margarita flight was delicious as well as the guacamole trio. We wanted a fun restaurant and took a shot in the dark, and it paid off.

Yummy, varied brunch options in a fun space. Mocktail not listed on menu but was REFERENCE - club soda, lime juice, and house-made grenadine. So simple and delicious. The salsa cuatro and guacamole trio are essential! Was really pleased with the French toast as well

The food and drinks were great, and the waitstaff was wonderful. It was a little noisy - we think that we were easily the oldest people in the place - but not so much that we couldn't carry on a conversation. Our only complaint was that, after making a reservation, we arrived and were told that our table wasn't ready, but that we could be seated elsewhere. We were very close to the door, and it was a little cold.

This is our favorite high-end Mexican eatery. Amazing food, drinks, desserts and the most friendly service in town. Lucky for us that it is in our neighborhood, but Anejo is well worth the visit anyway ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Loved the food was amazing it was my best friend’s birthday and really wanted to do something special this year for her. This was perfect wish we could’ve gone at night. So we will be back later on next month in the evening and will stop by. I love really delicious fresh Mexican food the fish tacos 🌮 and carnitas were amazing 🤩 we loved it.
