Overall good experience but need to improve on reservation experience. We reserved a table for 3 pm and added a note for outdoor patio but others who came without reservation were given preference over reserved table.

We had a 2 pm reservation , served within the half hour. Half an hour after we got our meal the server came over and said we have half an hour to leave , 15 minutes later server came and asked us to pay because another reservation was coming in for our table. We did speak to the manager and she said she would fix it. Never have I felt so pressure to eat and get out.

The food and service were great! The music was honestly just too loud. Three of us at a table and we could barely converse because it was too hard to hear. Great music … just too loud to enjoy the people that you attend the restaurant with.

Good service, value for happy hour prices and food. The portions are not cut back for happy hour as some places do. Happy hour margaritas are not limited to one or two selections. Regular menu items and food are also tasty and good value. This is a great place and walking distance so nice to have it in the neighbourhood. Worth a drive there is free parking available right in Unity Square.

It was all really great and the staff were all very attentive. The happy hour drinks and tacos were exactly what we were looking for!

Some of our food was very nice, particularly the fish and prawn tacos. We were disappointed by the table side salsa - it is super hard for the servers to cut the tomatoes and peppers into small pieces and so we ended up with four giant chunks of pepper in an otherwise very bland salsa. The tortilla chips are also not fried in the back kitchen and were a bit underwhelming, although I know it’s tough when I’m comparing them to the heyday of the food we used to get at Tres Carnales.

Our server was absolutely amazing! Very knowledgeable on menu items. We took her suggestions and were so impressed. Such a cool atmosphere! Amazing margaritas and tacos! Plus that table side guacamole is a must! I can’t wait until the patio opens!

Pros: The food was great and flavourful. Our server was polite, friendly and very attentive. Drinks were delicious. Service was quick and everything came out fresh and quick. Cons: The two hostesses were quite wrapped up in a conversation when we came in and not nearly as friendly or welcoming as the staff inside the restaurant. We were told by our server, which to her credit must have been super awkward to say, that the hostess had asked her to tell us that we were on a time limit and that we had to leave by a certain time. We were told this when we received our food so about 30 minutes from when arrived. Obviously being Mother’s Day, it’s understandable that they were expecting a full house but to inform us that we needed to leave by a certain time, which in all honestly, we would’ve abided to regardless if we were told to or not, was a very sour note to the whole experience.

It was very loud - people and music made conversations difficult. Servers were fantastic! The “shareable” items on the menu were great! Disappointed that the menu was somewhat limited to tacos and a couple other dishes. And the Margaritas were good but served in a Margarita glass - so very small. Overall it was good - depending on what you are looking for.

Andy, our head waitstaff for the evening, was absolutely amazing. She was engaging, personable, hilarious, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu and provided superb suggestions on the menu items not to miss. She, hands down, made our evening superb! Went here for lunch. Very nice ambience. Service was very good. The restaurant looked good inside. We had the lunch special - with two tacos and a mini guac. Had the chicken and pork tacos and my wife had the mushroom. All were very delicious. Even got a complimentary churro at the end since it was my birthday. All in all a very good experience.

We had a wonderful night at Anejo. The guac and chips were fantastic and the drinks were delicious. Food service was quick and efficient. The only downside is the music volume! I’m all for great music but it’s way too loud especially for the dinner hour. Turn it up in the evenings but when I can barely hear the server standing right beside me … it’s a problem.

The food is impeccable. Our waitress was kind inviting knowledgeable and funny. Even despite the restaurant having technical difficulties that night. The experience was still a 10/10. It was our third time there and our best meal yet!

This place is a special little new Gem in the Brewery District… the staff are amazing, the food is fantastic and the Margaritas are simply awesome and we are always treated so well! Can’t wait for the rooftop patio to open up so we can enjoy many more fabulous days this Summer!

Service was just right- atentive but not pushy. Table guacamole is great. The coconut margarita wwas lovely.

Very loud so conversation was a bit difficult, felt a little rushed, but fun vibe and food/drinks are great

All the drinks were good, had a couple vegetarian option and the tacos were great.

The food was so delicious, tasty and spicy. Complimentary tequila shot for birthday. The staff were by far some of the best, attentive, explained all the menu items.
