The Levant is the place where the sun rises, geographically it covers the region bordering the eastern Mediterranean Sea. This region hosted a vast variety of cultures through history creating what is now known as the Levantine Cuisine which is the specialty of Ammatoli.

AMMATOLI is distinctive and extraordinarily fresh and healthy. We use only the finest quality ingredients, honoring the traditional recipes and exotic flavors from the cuisines of the Levant... and served in a warm and welcoming ambiance!

Our Mediterranean influenced kitchen gains inspiration from the best cuisine the Levant has to offer. Our fresh creative menu items are always made from scratch. The result is a cuisine that is tasty and exotic. Levantine food is the epitome of the Mediterranean diet, healthy food, high on vegetables and big on flavor!

    The food is beyond 5 star!!! Amazing, we were lucky enough to meet the Chef. We have dined all over the mid east and never can find something comparable here in California till we tried Ammatoli. Service excellent, food excellent, ambiance excellent.. Best middle eastern food ever! Thank you!! And also a special note to the Pastry Chef, mouthwatering desserts! Thank you for a memorable Mother’s Day and we can’t wait to come back!( 1.5 hour drive was worth every second)

    Our first time there and it did not disappoint. The service was excellent as was the food. Our server, Pete, was patient and super knowledgeable of the menu and was able to give us some great suggestions on what and how to order. The menu can be a bit overwhelming at first glance but with is guidance our meal was awesome.

    Excellent food as always, servers have improved markedly. A tad pricey but they are growing.

    Very classe, great service and beautiful ambiance, the food is so yummy and overall very lovely experience. One of the best middle eastern restaurants in LA.l.

    We showed up on time but had to wait 10 minutes to be seated. Tea tasted awful and stale, and so did the Turkish coffee. Very disappointing esp. because of the premium prices. Table location (next to the dessert counter) was uncomfortable because we were constantly in the way of server traffic and patrons on their way to the restroom. Noise level was too high. Food (shakshouka, and sumac egg toast) was great. Especially good was the sourdough bread from Gusto. Would haved liked to see gluten free options on the menu, and almond milk available for coffee.

    Ammatoli is hands down the best restaurant that I have ever visited. The quality of the cuisine here is unmatched. The service is outstanding and chef Dima is a dream! You’ll want to keep coming back to make sure you’ve ordered everything on the menu at least once.

    It was a perfect Mother’s Day celebration. Food was amazing. Ambience and service was great really enjoyed ourselves. We’ll definitely come back again.
