The service was slow, but they've only been open for a few weeks so hopefully they'll work out the kinks. The food however, was delicious and the reason for another visit!

The pasta sauces for both of us----amazing!. Service--Amazing! Ambiance: well, could be better. Loud (we could hear the couples two tables away); strip mall. BUT I will still go again and have told friends for the quality of the food. Yaeh 5 stars for that. It is a mix of a pizza proprietor and amici, so lots of take out going on, even in this full sit down type restaurant. It was a bit confusing at the ticket to get two: one for items off each restaurants menu. Maybe they can work on that. End result: I have already told many friends to visit Amici, as the one dish I just had (the julius cesar pasta, spelling optional, was amazing). Also, the service is exceptional: The water served is sweet tasting and very cold; it is filtered. The staff is attentive and come around with fresh cracked pepper and parmesian. And they have gluten free pasta to substitute. I plan to visit often enough to try every pasta dish! I read it was BYOB but forgot before my visit; didn't matter; PASTA WAS SO AMAZING; I TOOK HALF HOME AND LUNCH TODAY WAS JUST AS AMAZING. 5 STARS TO AMICI!

This gem is located in a small area off of 290. The attentiveness and hospitality of the staff is exceptional. We knew it was BYOB so they graciously brough so wine glasses and a cooler. The food was so good! We started with the meatball appetizer (melted in your mouth good). The complimentary bread and dipping oil paired well with it. We each chose one of the pasta dishes and they were flavorful, made from scratch and enough for leftovers. Highly recommend - would advise to make a reservation as it is a smaller restaurant.

The special on Sunday was fettuccine and a cream sauce with truffles. This dish was very tasty. I had ordered the meat lasagna and wasn’t as impressed with it. The sauce was very mild with little flavor and was a little runny. The salad was crisp and the dressing was good, however, the Caesar salad was not spectacular. Services was good but not over the top. I recommend that you not go early evening on a Saturday or Sunday. We went on Sunday and a local Little League baseball team was enjoying pizza which is great but not exactly the setting we were looking for on a Sunday evening at six. All in an all nice neighborhood spot with acceptable but not spectacular food.

Great little gem! Delicious authentic Italian food and delightful old school service . Newly opened and working on liquor license so can BYOB. Had prosciutto and melon app which was creatively presented , and my date enjoyed the chicken parm and I really dug the pasta carbonara. Both desserts were delish -cannoli cream w strawberries and tiramisu.

This restaurant is inside Stony’s Pizza. It’s like two restaurants in one, but inside the same space/building, which is a bit odd, but not a huge issue for me. We made a reservation on Open Table, but when we arrived, no one asked us about a reservation and we sat ourselves. The staff was very overwhelmed, short-staffed, running around, dirty dishes stacked up on the bar, slow to get water, menus, etc. Also, this restaurant is BYOB, which was not indicated on Open Table, but oddly, they have taps of draft beer behind the bar. When we inquired about the beer, and asked if we could purchase it, the server politely said “No”. On a positive note, the food is good and the waitstaff is very friendly. Hopefully these issues are just because it’s a new place and they need to work the issues out. I’ll try them again in a month or so to allow time to improve.

We came at a busy time - Friday night - so the restaurant was packed but since we had a reservation that wasn't a problem! The service was a little slow at first due to the number of customers but worked out great when they brought the bread and oil/garlic/cheese dipping sauce to the table. this simple sauce was delicious, and the bread tasted very fresh. The three of us each ordered something different so we could share. We had the meat lasagna, the penne alla vodka sauce and the fettuccine Julius Caesar. All of the dishes were wonderfully prepared and served and tasted great even better! We will be returning!
