Our waitress was very friendly and personable. The food was delicious and the environment was pleasant. They were kind enough to and left us know an umbrella had been left!

Sat near the wall and yhere was dried food splattered all over it! Not very pleasant to look at. Waitress was inattentive and we had to ask for bread and drink refills after dinner came.

We had a lovely Mother’s Day Celebration at Amerigo! The food was delicious. Our table was fantastic and the service was really top-notch! Thanks to the chefs, the managers, and most definitely our wonderful server Rebecca. You all juggled so so well today. Thank you so very much!

Love this place! I chose it for Mother’s Day, it’s my favorite Italian restaurant. Great food ( chicken piccata is my favorite!), great service, nice ambiance, all good!

Our family of eight enjoyed a delicious brunch together on Mother’s Day. Our server, Brittany B., took great care of us and the drinks, appetizers and entrees were delicious. We always enjoy the Amerigo experience.

There was a small mix up with my meal but they quickly rectified it and went way over and above with their service recovery. Amerigo never disappoints. The food was great and service impeccable. Always have a great time there.

We have loved every meal we have had at Amerigo’s but this one time. We were disappointed with the dish that each of us ordered. Our server was very good but the food was not up to pair .

Absolutely phenomenal. The staff were kind, prompt, and helpful. The food they recommended was marvelous — I had the Lobster Ravioli. Overall it was absolutely amazing.

Our waiter was very subpar. First he tried to rush us, then we told him what we wanted and we had to repeat the order to him twice. He was totally fixated on the other large table of Prom Attendees. I am sure that we left a better tip than they did only because both of us have worked food service and we know that they tip share and that they make very litter per hour. He does not need to work at Amerigo's. We were in the corner in the bar under the tv and it was so dark we could barely read the menu! Definitely will not repeat this visit!

Absolutely fabulous! Service was impeccable, food was amazing. Very good wine list …not very broad but very good. A tad loud nut bearable. Not rushed at all. Very well paced.

Its was good. The food was excellent. The service was okay. The dinner came out too fast. We were not finished with our appetizers. Appetizers came out before wine and we had to remind service staff to bring the wine. It was a very busy Friday night. Service was spotty. But quality of food made up for it. Please give the kitchen staff a round of applause.

We’ve been wanting to try Amerigo and it did not disappoint. Our meals were very tasty and the service was good. As we requested, we were seated in a relatively quiet area of the restaurant. We will definitely go back.

Olivia our server was amazing. Very attentive and polite. The shrimp bisque was a great way to start our meal along with the croissant tray from the brunch menu.

Food was just ok. Service was not good. We waited a long time for food. Then we asked for dessert menu and it took over 12 mins for waiter to bring that so we could look at it.

We go to Amerigo a few times a year and usually have a great experience. Tonight our server was so not the typical level that one can expect from Amerigo. Her lack of concern and ability really impacted our dinner. We left so disappointed.

Amerigo's never disappoints. We go often and know the menu. I like that the chef is willing to make substitutions. Last week, we wanted the tuna special, but not the white beans that came with it, so they gladly served it with risotto instead. The risotto at Amerigo's is excellent.

We were very excited to eat here. We have tried several times but it was reservation only by dinner time the few times we tried. I ended up making reservations for lunch to insure we could try it. The service we had was amazing and the people were very friendly. My husband order the bolognese and I order the CANNELLONI AL FORNO. I liked mine, I didn’t LOVE it but I was definitely satisfied with it. But my husband couldn’t finish his bc they only thing we could thing of was chef boyardee. It wasn’t bad but wasn’t exactly good either.

First time I've ever had fatty veal. The pasta bolognese was good, though. Our server was inattentive and unfriendly. Spent a lot of time flirting with the guy server at the order computer or standing around. Updated - 4/9/24 - I was glad that the restaurant manager responded to me and apologized for the service and food, saying it was not up their quality and they are addressing the issues. He offered me compensation for a return trip, however, I'm from out of town.

The food was great however, the service was lacking on this visit. When we arrived and placed our order the restaurant was not busy but it took almost 30 minutes before we received our salads. Once our food arrived there was no place to set our plates down because the server never came back to remove our salad plates, bread, or oil plate. The person that brought the food out just scooted everything over leaving us no room. We thought she would take some of the items back with her but no. When the server finally came over to check on us he still didn’t remove any of the old plates piled on the side of the table. The server was actually really nice and friendly but that was a total turn off to us leaving the dirty dishes on the table where we barely had room to eat. We ordered dessert to go and when paid our check he bid us a good night. I had to asked if someone else was bringing our desserts. He had totally forgotten we ordered dessert to go. Not our best experience here.

The server was polite but did not have a very professional appearance, the soup was good but cold, the bruschetta was not very good and did not look like any bruschetta we have ever seen. The eggplant and veal dishes were a little disappointing. We were here once before and had a much better experience, we will try one more time in hopes of a better experience.

We had table of 6. Chicken Marsala was excellent. The rest of group had brunch; bacon was not crisp as requested and not thoroughly cooked; eggs were not prepared at all as requested(over medium- hard)the omelet of the day was bland. Very disappointed as we had 2 people from out of town. Table bread was good. Biggest disappointment was the eggs and bacon.
