I requested birthday dessert for my daughter and had to ask for it after our bill was delivered. Waitress wasn’t aware of birthday request. Overall food was good.

My wife and I had lunch after a round of golf at Labelle 9-hole golf course. The lunch was awesome. My hamburger was VERY tasty. Probably one of the best burgers that I have had around time (better than some burger establishments). My wife had a salad with salmon. Very tasty. The one thing that I can say about Americus is that it is consistent. The food has never disappointed us. It is worth a drive either for lunch or dinner.

This is one of my favorite places to be, the food is delicious, the staff is amazing and the wine is excellent. We cone here alot on Fridays for the prime rib and the latest dessert item.....which this time was the dessert board and it was delicious. The summer sangria drink was delicious, I had two. Never have I had a bad experience when I'm there and can't wait to go back.

The salmon dish was out of this world. The blackberry gastrique brought the whole dish together. Steak frites never misses. Perfectly cooked med rare! Blueberry ginger fizz mock tail was crisp and refreshing. Strawberry passion fruit creme brulee was the cherry on top. Spencer was attentive, but not overbearing and knowledgeable of the menu. Live music was a treat- calm and ambient. Thank you for the lovely experience, Americus!

Awesome new place that offers a bar area with a couple flat screens to display any live sporting, while also offering a fine dining section, and an outdoor seating area with a fire near by. Americus was a little expensive, but the food was solid. It’s worth a revisit, but it’s not an elite restaurant. They do an impeccable job making it known that they host events often, very creative ones at that.

We sat for a 4pm reservation and left at 7pm - 3 hours service was too long. Too much time to get beverages and in between courses.

I was violently ill at 2:30 that morning for a few hours. My husband thought his potatoes tasted funky and only ate his Ribeye. I had the Steak Fretes and paid xtra for the birthday package-our first time eating at the Americus. Contacted management the next morning and they were sorry for the experience but never offered to make good on the dinner which surprised me considering the high ratings Labelle receives.

6th time there in the last year, first two times were excellent, but last 4 times we experienced inconsistent food, (cold/missing an element/lacking flavor/received at different times,) drinks (received at different times,) , and service, (two of those visits, did not see server majority of dining experience, likely due to short staffing?) LaBelle has all of the resources to be an amazing restaurant but unfortunately are struggling to execute a good dining experience. For the price, you would expect all aspects to be top notch. We truly kept trying and trying to like it again, but the inconsistencies stayed the same so we will not be going go back. Very disappointing!

Good food but a bit on the expensive side. Very happy to see monk fish as a special. This fish is not usually seen on American menus. In Europe it’s as expensive as lobster and highly revered. The way the chef cooked it and the creamed pea bed added so much flavor.

We were very disappointed with this restaurant. First our waited had our table @ the front of the restaurant. However, he also had a party of 15 @ the opposite end of the restaurant. Our food was slow coming. There was a couple next to us who had their food before we had ours, even though they came in after us (they had a different wait person, too). Both our dinners were cold when they were delivered by a food runner. (we sent them back). My husband wanted another drink & had to wrap on the glass to get the attention of the manager in the bar area. To no fault of our waiter, who was working alone with the party of 15, was clearly stressed. How can a restaurant assign tables like that across the whole restaurant from each. On top of everything, we were advised that our waiter had to give the party of 15 separate checks! For such an upscale place, it surely needs better management. We will not be back!

Went for a friends birthday dinner. 3 of us split 2 pizzas, the cauliflower app (so good) and half salads for each of us. The Caesar half salad I had was a good size but overdressed. Next time will see if I can get less dressing. The other 2 peoples salad were a bit large for a half salad and they couldn’t take them home because they were all dressed. Pizza was excellent - margarita and pepperoni. Thin crust was very tasty. To end it all they offered a free birthday dessert that was excellent - chocolate cake that was so good with a little cup of ice cream - very good and the birthday girl loved it. All in all a good dinner.

The food was delicious. The service was excellent. We will definitely come again. Next time we will not sit near the bar. It was a little too noisy for our taste.

Alex was a great server with a great personality and very attentive!! There was an event (concert) that night so it was busier than usual! We ordered pizza, bolognese, short rib, and cob. Everyone loved their meal. We really enjoyed our dinner. Thank you Alex!!!

Always excellent service. The bartender who did our wine tasting truly went above and beyond. He was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. When we went in for lunch we also had great service. I’d say my only disappointment was how overcooked my French fries were with my sandwich! Way too crispy. But outside of that, the ambiance and service was phenomenal as it always is.

Troy was great, the short ribs were overcooked and the Margherita Pizza had some strange spices added and was also overcooked and barely edible. Enjoyed the lemon sorbet, but the Acai sorbet was not pleasant.

Wonderful atmosphere for an intimate meal with friends. The menu is varied and the food delicious. The atmosphere is relaxing and the service was attentive but not overbearing.

Twas March Madness and the chefs were having a cookoff, each chef offering a special and competing who could sell more. I chose chef Dave’s pad thai and it was delicious! I didn’t hear the waitress list cilantro as one of the ingredients so I asked for some, as well as lime, to accompany the dish. Also I asked for both shrimp and kitchen - and that was accommodated as well. It was fantastic. The rest of my party got steak…two of them had a beef that came with a side of white beans with a baked topping on it? That was the only fail for the evening. We sat in a glass room that was opened up soon after we got there. I wish I remembered the name of the waitress - she was attentive and professional. She serves our wine with flair and checked in just the right amount and did not rush us in any way. My husband and I had been 3 or 4 times before and will continue to dine ourselves as well as bring out of town guests because the ambience, service and food have always been spot on!

Just wowser. Amazing property with so much to do. Def a must go. Everyone seems very happy and attentive. We loved the energy from the hosts, to the person who gave us the food, server, and it absolutely seems like the chefs are on top of their game. Food was absolutely incredible. Holy schnickies the rigatoni was out of this world. We also got the specials which fantastic (pad Thai and Cajun fried catfish). We couldn’t hav had a better time. Thanks for a great time!!

Enjoyed a nice dinner with a friend! i had the grilled salmon with a salad and my friend had the cauliflower steak that she raved about how delish it was. My salmon was cooked perfectly!

The food was really good. We ordered well! My friends had the salmon and the lump crab pasta. My ribeye was well, seasoned, but a tiny bit overcooked. Our issue was with the service. We waited for too long to be greeted. And another 10 minutes to have a soda water delivered and the iced tea was forgotten. It took forever to flag our guy down to order. Salad came at the same time as the entrées. And then there were no refills. If we had seen anyone, we might’ve asked. We still had a lovely time because we were busy visiting and catching up. And maybe our server was super busy. But the service did not seem to match the caliber of the establishment.
