    My husband and I love the outdoor dining space. It’s quiet and staff is always waonderful. We ordered the specials portobello appetizer and swordfish. Both were dlelicious and a healthy option.

    Amelia's revised their whole menu this past fall. This was the first time we'd been back since then. We ordered several things to share, and everything was delicious. The grilled octopus salad and truffle fries were great. The only down side was that the service was slow throughout, including needing to ask 4 times for the bread that the server had offered. We still love Amelia's; it never disappoints.

    We arrived at 5:55 for a 6 pm reservation and were seated immediately in a spacious, comfortable booth in what seemed to be the upscale attractive main dining room. We walked by 5 unoccupied booths to get to ours. After being seated, we waited 10 minutes for a Server to acknowledge our presence by coming over to ask if we would mind waiting another 3-5 minutes for him to come back for our drink orders. When he finally returned and we ordered a 9 oz $19 glass of moscato wine (Yikes!) and a $12 red sangria, it took 1/2 an hour before the drinks were served (another Yikes). The salad and entrees followed 1/2 an hour later. Despite the ridiculous wait, however, the food was excellent. I ordered a small Caesar Salad and a std sized Chicken Parm with Penne and enjoyed both. My wife ordered the small Arugula Salad and small portion of Pappardele Short Ribs and said both were delicious. She especially appreciated the fact that the restaurant offered some smaller sized salads and entrees for those with lesser appetites. I later found out that Management was actually concerned about our inordinate wait and apologized that it was due to staffing coordination with the opening of the outdoor patio (which looked very inviting) so WOULD recommend the restaurant if this is dealt with, but, unfortunately, not on our dining experience as it was - or on the over the top markup on a glass of inexpensive wine.

    Food was delicious. Service was a little slow but to be expected on a busy Saturday night. We got a table outside with half shade, so that was a bit hard to deal with. I would say if the restaurant could put up more umbrellas it would improve the outside experience. A couple of people declined to sit outside because of the direct sun. All in all a nice dining experience and the food was fabulous. We’ll be back!!

    Outdoor location. We refused the first table as no shade was provided. Quickly reseated to another table and told to move close into the main building to be protected by building shade. Within ten minutes I was then blinded by the moving sun and my wife had the sun to her back with no suntan protection. Issue is that there were 6 vacant tables well protected by a wall that definitely protected from the sun, as we were being seated. As such, the hostess paid more attention to waitperson rotation of waitperson rather customer satification.

    My wife and I enjoyed a great anniversary dinner, scallops, filet and a crab cake dinner. And the dessert was just awesome! The service was great as well! Great outside eating area!
