Ambli Global Cuisine is open for Happy Hour & Dinner. Happy Hour is first come first serve seating, and is available only in our Bar, Patio, & Lounge areas. Reservations are for the Main Dining Room only. Please call for reservations for 5+ people.

What a fantastic dining experience in an unexpected location. The tasting menu for two exceeded all expectations, and getting to pick our 4 courses let us taste everything we wanted…I’m still thinking about those lobster shooters! Super friendly, knowledgeable service, great bar and wine selections with some unexpected highlights like Amaro. Thanks for a wonderful evening!

Our first time eating at Ambli and it won't be our last. Food was flavorful, creative and well presented. Austin, our server, was fantastic in all areas. Cocktails and desserts were top notch! High end food and atmosphere, but comfortably casual for all 4 of us. We will be back!

The ambience was very nice and we had a delicious, romantic dinner. Would definitely recommend for a date night or special occasion. The food was amazing and the service was wonderful. Will be returning soon.

5 course menu with glass of wine included was a great deal. My husband and I had lobster shooters, Indian chaat, beet salad, filet mignon and chicken, and to finish dulce de leche. Everything was wonderful. For courses 1-3, the party chooses from several options but it has to be unanimous. For the main entree, each person can choose individually from several options. For the dessert, one choice is shared for 2 people.

The Black Manhattan and the Japanese Mandarian Sour cocktails were superb! Cassandra was friendly, humorous and made us feel good about deciding to have our meal at Ambli. Huitlacoche Tacos featured a new-to-us mushroom that grows on corn! Freshly made naan bread was a delightful addition! Such delicious and unique flavors were present in every mouthful.

Had a wonderful lunch. Started with $6 margaritas which were fantastic (birthday lunch). Tried the crispy tuna appetizer which was awesome. Wonderful flavors. I ordered the birria tacos which came with guac, salsa, lots of meat. Great! Hubby had chicken tikka masala. Was surprised the chicken wasn't tender but the flavors were great. Naan was perfect. Ended with the flan. Not your normal flan. It was good but what made it wonderful was the homemade carmel sauce. Presentation was beautiful and our server Collin was fantastic! It was a bit pricey for us but we will be back. Loved it!

The food is wonderful with attention to various flavors. The fact is the menu changes completely every 7 to 8 weeks, yet they can maintain a high level of quality. The servers are well versed on the menu and can easily explain each dish in complete detail. Very impressive indeed.

We enjoyed having Steven as our server during our dinner at this fantastic restaurant. He was exceptional in his skills and services, providing a warm welcome and thoroughly explaining the menu for each order we placed. We couldn't have been happier with the experience! The restaurant atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing evening meal, and the food was delicious. We have no complaints whatsoever and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for an awesome dining experience.

In every aspect, Ambli Global is a five-star dining experience. Our evening began with a warm welcome from Casandra. The lobster shooters we especially delicious; one would have to taste them to fully understand the party of flavors. One of our highlights was interaction with Steve, a sommelier who helped us go deeper in our understanding of their exceptional food and wine pairing. For those seeking a dining adventure like no other, Ambli Global is an experience not to be missed.

I have been coming to Ambli for about 3 years now. It had been awhile in between the last time and now. Everything is absolutely phenomenal as always. They deserve to be in the Michelin guide for how delicious the food tastes! If you go absolutely order a round of lobster shooters for everyone. Only problem is you will want another once you have it 🤷🏻‍♂️

We went as a family to celebrate an accomplishment by my wife. We were a bit disappointed to see a limited menu as they were still serving the Valentines Day 4 course menu, 4 days after Valentine’s. The food portions seemed extra puny. For example, the “steak” wasn’t even 4 good bites, maybe it was 2-3 ounces. In all, we spent $500, and it seemed about $150 too much based on other high end restaurants. Steve, the waiter was great though.

Very great global testing menu. The servers were very informed about the foods and the origins to help bring some story to the dishes. Noise level was low so we can enjoy music and hear our conversation without problems

The food at Ambli is always both delicious and creative. The Chef makes every meal interesting and delightful. The Valentine dinner was one of the best meals we have ever had and was enhanced by the excellent, thoughtful service. A first class experience.

Lunch at Ambli is fun and casual. Ambli lives up to its name in featuring such dishes a chicked yikka masala and seafood paella. We had the latter, and it was great!
