Amalia: Located in the heart of Miami Beach’s historic Art Deco district Amalia is a new Mediterranean-inspired restaurant helmed by Argentine native Executive Chef Gustavo Diaz. Amalia’s menu showcases the clean, healthy dishes that are the stars of Mediterranean cooking, complemented by subtle Latin American accents. Here, Chef Gustavo Diaz serves a seasonal, ingredient-driven menu that encompasses the Mediterranean basin, including Italy, Spain, Morocco and Israel while honoring his roots and culinary training with flavors from Argentina and Peru. Inspired by coastal Mediterranean and Patagonian charm, the beautifully designed space features an open kitchen, lush greenery and an array of seating options in the bar and dining area. Outside, the expansive patio is the perfect setting to enjoy a bite al fresco.

Cute place, very tasty food, and generous portions. It was very quiet as only a few tables were occupied, however, the service was extremely slow.

We were staying at the Lennox Hotel. The restaurant is part of the hotel. The food from start to finish was amazing. The beet salad was delicious and plentiful for sharing. We had the branzino and a pasta as the main entrees and finished with the tart tatin. Our sever was excellent and professional! We have dined here previously and the meal is always great! I will be returning on my next trip!

This is a hidden jewel in Miami Beach 💖 From the friendly service to the outstanding delicious dishes is all a repeater! Love it’s set up and and the details from the beautiful embroidered napkins to the pastel colors and hand painted dishes. Their cocktails are a must try specially the passion fruit. The Brussels sprits are amazing and filet mignon a repeater. Amalia is definitively in my list of favorites!

We had a wonderful experience and the food was outstanding. Felt like home cooking, fresh & thoughtful. The ambience was perfect for a lovely evening.

Great experience. Fantastic cuisine, great and vibrant menu. Excellent food! Portions were great sizes and they had amazing vegetarian options as well as a diverse menu. No one else was eating inside so that was a bit awkward. They need to do some marketing maybe with influencers to get more people in. service was very professional and everything cane correct, however very slow and waiter did not come to check on us often. We had to fetch him down for the check. Could’ve been more attentive.

Everything was great. We sat out on the porch but could have sat inside as well. Everything we ordered was great. Service was excellent. Had never been there before but will definitely go back.
