Our party of four dined at the Altair while staying at Arlo Midtown. We initially chose Altair for its convenience prior to attending a concert at MSG. We quickly discovered that convenience was only one of the great benefits of dining at Altair. The service was attentive but not creepy. The wine list was approachable and perfect with the food offerings. The menu is on the smaller side while offering something for everyone. We each thoroughly enjoyed our meals of Hanger Steak with Pistachio Romesco, whole Sea Bass with herbs, fiddlehead ferns with baby potatoes and sugar snap peas, seared sea scallops and a gorgeous bucatini dish. No one left a morsel behind! We will be back, whether staying at the Arlo or not.

Food was fabulous, we sat at the bar and our bartenders, Kevin and Roy were outstanding!!

You could smell the perfume from the hotel while you ate and it was not appealing

Had a fantastic dinner at Altair with some coworkers before watching Hell’s Kitchen. Our server, Ethan, was amazing! He asked what time our show was and ensured he took our orders and timed the courses to come out with enough time to head out and walk to the theatre. All the food (hamachi, duck, steak, gnocchi, sea bass) and drinks he recommended were excellent and everyone in our group had a great time.

Excellent service and food. Junior was a wonderful server. So warm and friendly. Would dine here again.

Amazing service! The staff is extremely nice and sweet 😊😊 The dining area was so pretty and chill. Loved it!

The place is super cute & nice. Really good drinks but I has not a fan of the food at all. Maybe come here for drinks only
