In a distant European city, Fabian and Miriam vanished into the Alps, trading their city lives for mountain solitude. Once busy young professionals, their days were consumed by demanding careers, their rare weekends cherished for dining out and dancing, occasionally venturing into the mountains.

But destiny intervened when Miriam inherited her grandfather's Alpine hut, nestled amidst the rustic charms of the mountains. They cut ties with the city, forsaking it for good. Days were spent farming, foraging, crafting cheese, and making wine. Nights brought cooking, baking, wine-drinking, and stargazing.

Friends from the city visited, but Fabian and Miriam never looked back. They were drawn deeper into the mountains, caught in the Alpenrausch's dual meaning—the exhilaration of mountain air and the intoxication of good company, fine wine, and schnapps.

My husband and I celebrated our 29th wedding anniversary here and it did not disappoint. Lauren and Devon were an amazing dynamic duo with Lauren's keen knowledge of wine and spirits, and Devon's overall service, attentive and on-point. The food was beautifully presented, flavorful and with unique combinations. The patio setting was just right. We can't wait to come back and taste many other dishes! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

We have been trying to get here for months. So glad we finally made it happen. One of the best martinis I’ve had out in ages and outstanding tartare. My husband could not stop raving about the house salad. I mean when does that happen. Our mains were delicious and we can’t wait to come back with more people for the fondue. Lovely, warm service. Thank you for a perfect evening.

The restaurant was very cute and we got to sit by the fireplace. Great for a date night! The food was fantastic, highly recommend the venison.

The food was okay. My family and I were disappointed in the very small portion of sausage on the fondue plate. It arrived with one sausage to share with three people. The menu indicated the fondue served 2-3. Also the sausage portion on the sausage board seemed very small. If you like potatoes, there are way too many served with these two dishes. The food tasted ikay yet was overpriced for the value. The carrot salad was bland

The food was mediocre. I would definitely avoid the fondue. It not smooth at all and very stringy. The cheese plate was okay, but had almost as much rind as cheese. Waiter was friendly, but did not check back to see if we wanted a second round of drinks. Overall, it was not terrible, but I would not go back.
