I am still thinking about our dinner. It was absolutely one of the top 10 dinners I’ve ever had. We started with the crispy polenta and wild mushroom - WOW!!! For the mains we ordered the salmon, short ribs, and sea bass, sides included brussel sprouts, asparagus, and truffle Mac and cheese. Everything was divine!!!! I am already planning our next dinner back here. Service was excellent as well!!!! 10/10 recommend!!!

Alpana is a wonderful restaurant. Excellent wine selection, as you would expect from Alpana. But the food matches it, both in excellence and in meeting the wine in interesting ways. I also appreciate how vegetarian friendly the menu is, with an entire optional vegetarian menu. You don’t see that often.

Our party of five arrived for an early Saturday dinner seating on the patio. I had recommended the restaurant to friends and hoped it was an ‘on’ night. Alpana lived up to my expectations. Everyone loved the food, wine and desserts. It was a wonderful fun evening made even better by the professional service of Lisa and staff. I recommend Alpana for anyone looking for well prepared food reasonably priced ( compared to some other restaurant menu prices) plus the feeling that they care which is sometimes hard to find these days dining out.

Have a great bunch at Alpana. They were short staffed so Alpana was our hostess, waitress and bartender. Biggest cinnamon roll I ever had. My only complaint is the "salad" that came with the quiche needed a dressing on it. Plain arugula and some tomatoes does not a salad make.

Alpana is definitely one of the prettiest restaurants I have ever been to. It has the most gorgeous interior with a lot of greens and plants and art that just make the whole place seem a bit intimate and very elegant. As soon as we got there, we started off with the house-baked focaccia which came with a sun-dried tomato dip and a herbed butter that was so delicious. The bread was airy, light, and divine. Next the two pastas—pistachio pesto and spicy tomato—were so good and so creamy. They were unbelievably and quite deceptively filling so we were in a bit of a food coma after that. However, we didn’t let that stop us from ordering dessert which was a salted caramel sundae that had rich flavors and a crunch to die for. Overall, the menu is extremely vegetarian friendly, and they actually have a purely vegetarian version of it so you don’t have to worry about finding something to eat here even if you’re vegan. 10/10 recommend and soooo worth the price. I was quite shocked when the bill came, to be honest. Everything from the vibes to the food is so good here; can’t recommend it enough.

While our food was very good, we found the service to be--fine. And the prices very high. $10.95 for bread is rather extreme, in my opinion, and everything else went up from there. Venison was $50. It wasn't outstanding enough to want to come back.

Our waiter was amazing and the food was delicious. I seriously wanted everything on the menu. We did bottomless mimosas for brunch and they truly kept them coming. Also one of the best cinnamon rolls I’ve ever had.

Wonderful brunch experience! The menu has something for everyone and I enjoyed the kale and farro salad with salmon. The restaurant is lovely inside with fun photos on the walls.

Brunch menu was very average. It’s not bad, but nothing really different or great from other new restaurants in the area. Standard brunch menu, nothing exclusive. Maybe dinner is better, but we won’t really go back to find out. Hoping someone else tries and let’s us know.

Came here for brunch for my birthday and the food didn't disappoint at all! I had the cinnamon roll and Gold Coast omelette, and my friend had the lox and bagel platter, which was beautifully plated. What made the experience even better was that I got to actually meet Alpana—she's so awesome! Loved her show, and her restaurant is amazing as well.

I have never been to a restaurant in the city where the host was straight up rude. My friend and I came on time for our reservation and when we got to the host stand, the guy couldn't even muster a hello, just lead us to the table, handed menus without saying a word and walked off. That was an immediate red flag. Coffee was burnt and $5 (not even for a latte, like just drip coffee lol) and it was truly just not good. Omelette and french toast were also just very mediocre and certainly not worth the price. I will not be dining here again.

The vibe was fun, our waiter was knowledgeable and didn’t rush us at all. Party of 4. Split the panzanella burrata salad and the kale salad, both great. All four of us had pasta entrees, my mushroom ravioli was great. Everyone enjoyed theirs. Salted caramel sundae for dessert, delicious. Would definitely return!

Service was wonderful and the food was delicious. The handmade pastas were especially good and they were able to accomodate picky eaters by adding protein to salads to make an entree. It did get rather loud as the evening progressed.

As always we had a fabulous dinner. The Brussels sprout starter delicious and a perfect thing to share : there were 4 if us and we got the amazing Brussels sprouts as well as their chicken meatballs. The pastas are fantastic. They have a pistachio pesto pasta which is unique and delicious this a great place to order a number of dishes to share. Cocktail list excellent- different than the usual lists you see around town. Wines perfect . This is my go to when friends come in from out of town. Plenty of variety in the menu but I have to say if you have a vegetarian friend - this is the place to go. Large number of options Plenty of meat dish’s…. but this place is a vegetarians dream spot
