This was my first time eating here but definitely not my last. The food was amazing, loved my burger and fries and the nacho cheese sauce is amazing. Staff was friendly and welcoming, considering how busy it was there wasn't a long wait for food. Noise level was acceptable.

Great food as usual but disappointed that they have stopped doing the ice cream float with traditional green cream soda. To be honest it's the only reason I went.

Food was lovely and came quick, service wasn’t the best. Woman serving us didn’t really seem very happy and when we wanted to ask for sauce we tried to get her attention and she was avoiding our gaze, looked right at us and walked away. Someone else got it in the end.

Amazing food, and a really good atmosphere cannot wait to go back Only issue was when we first arrived there was a sign that stated to wait to be seated but we stood with 6 other people waiting for around 5 minutes before we went through to the main restaurant to try find an employee to be seated, very minor issue and would not stop me coming back, i look forward to my next visit

One of the best burgers you will get in Liverpool. Menu is simple enough not to overwhelm but interesting enough to perk your appetite. Food was cooked to perfection and the cocktail list is quirky and banging as well. Defo recommend

From the minute we entered, to the minute we left we had the best experience I’ve probably ever had. Kaitlin served all evening and what a laugh we had! Always checking in to make sure everything was ok. Food was fresh, hot and very filling. Cocktails were amazing and worth every penny. Will definitely return. Thank you so much. P.S - the Birmingham girls😂

Served cold food but it was put right eventually also dirty table when we sat down the place looks like it needs a deep clean from top too bottom

Amazing food, staff were great however we were sat right under a heater which was very warm. We were sat away from others in the restaurant and it felt a little quiet. We were there for a birthday celebration and could have eaten at home for the atmosphere. The food was nice and tasty. The service was great.

The hygiene of the place was extremely poor, the toilets were disgusting. The whole toilets need re doing, In particular the men’s as my partner used them and said the conditions were terrible. In terms of the food it was okay, could do with improving the quality of the burgers. The whole building just needs renovating.

We had bottomless brunch, 4 adults and all really enjoyed it. The food selection was amazing and the amount you get was absolutely fantastic. The quality of the food was amazing as well, everything we had was lovely. I loved that you got a shot at the end of your meal as well, such a nice gesture. Our server was brilliant, I didn’t catch her name but I wish I had. While she was busy, we asked to order a drink from someone else, she didn’t come and that was quite annoying as it wasted some of our time. My only one small moan is that I would have liked more cocktail options but that’s mainly because I love the daiquiris! Would definitely do this again.

We were one of the first diners in for the evening service, yet our table was sticky when we sat down, and the kitchen roll they provide on the table as serviettes was an empty roll. I ordered a veggie burger which was undercooked, however the boss chips were delicious. Staff were friendly and helpful but overall it wasn't an enjoyable experience.

We booked for 4 people and they sat us all on a 2 person table even tho we booked a table for 4 people was not happy at all

Just I did book a table for a date,got thru the door to two ppl slouching over a desk with back towards us waited that long for the conversation to finish we just walked thru the double doors in the end and a lovely girl ran over with the tablet,we were put in the bottom two seater in the corner hardly a date table with all the wall paper ripped off and the table was all sticky were drinks had been spilt and not properly cleaned,we love this place but just looked like it’s gone down hill specially front of house,waiters were amazing suggesting cocktails and the food was fab as always x x

First time visiting almost famous and was very happy with my burger really tasty, all staff was lovely and professional. Enjoyed my food and walked out half cut what more could I ask for haha. Would highly recommend if you like your burgers and not to mention there fully loaded fries. Will be back shortly to go again plus try there shakes out.

Food was absolutely delicious!!! Phoenix fries are special! Staff are lovely, just not very attentive . Menu dirty and full of sauce. Toilets look a bit dingy. We loved our visit nevertheless.
