Situé au coeur de la « Strip » à l'intérieur de Paris Las Vegas, le HEXX Kitchen & Bar et le HEXX chocolate sont ouverts 24 heures par jour, sept jours par semaine.                       Food was delicious! Loved the chopped salad. The salmon was well cooked and I loved the horseradish orzo. The chard/beet side was just ok as was the cheesecake we had for dessert. Service was very good however I didn’t like that my entree was serves before I had a chance to finish my salad. Too rushed. I would return to this restaurant.

                      The food was great and our server was very friendly. We each ordered a salad and he warned us that one salad is more than enough for two of saving us money.

                      We asked to be seated outside and we were so lucky to be seated right under the “Eiffel Tower”. My girls had the pancakes, and burrito. My gosh they licked those plates clean (they are 15 and 10 years old) I had the brioche French toast with the side of bacon and sausage. Delicious!!! Also, the sangria blanco was just perfect. So tasty! We will definitely be back on our next vacation.

                      Our service was great. Food was good, but nothing spectacular. Shrimp and grits was a little bland and not as creamy as we have had other places. Veggie omlet was good with lots of veggies. Potatoes were delicious and crispy.

                      Sorry I waited to visit this restaurant for brunch on my last day in Las Vegas staying at Paris. It is the ultimate spot for any and all meals and ambience. The value, the portions, the quality, and the people. The food variety on the brunch menu was extraordinary .

                      Food is outstanding, large portions and flavourful. Service is good, although staff do not seem very friendly. Dining room is clean and inviting, there is an outdoor option also. Reservations highly recommended. I would definitely eat there again.
