We serve Mediterranean and American cuisine. We have 101 rotating tap handles with craft beers and sodas. We have 4 bowling lanes, a virtual golf room, and virtual reality games. We also have an amazing patio that is used all year round. Whether you are looking to go out to dinner on a regular day or have a special event, this is the place for you. We serve the best brunch around on Saturday and Sunday from 10am-2pm. ALL GAMING RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE BY CALLING THE RESTAURANT. NO ONLINE GAMING RESERVATIONS WILL BE HONORED.

We made reservations for bowling and dinner to celebrate my son’s birthday. Got a bit of attitude from the hostess checking us in but our waitress was very friendly. Ordered the pretzel and app sampler to start - they were just ok. 6/8 of us ordered burgers and each of them was extremely dry and overcooked, even when I ordered mine medium rare. I mentioned it to the waitress, but she gave me a shrug and that was the end of the conversation. Husband said that the mens room was pretty scuzzy and was out of soap (which we informed the staff of but it was never refilled). Drinks were good and beer/tap selection was great. Overall the experience was just meh. For the money we spent, it did not meet expectations and we probably will not be back (for food, at least).

Two guest: one dish, salmon with potato and mixed vegetables) was well presented, food delicious. The other dish a meal sized mixed green salad with chicken shawarma added: the salad looked okay but was bland; the chicken order (an addition choice) was dry, lacked flavor, not freshly cooked. Would recommend a meal here with caution.

We had to wait an additional 15-20mins for an entree to come out, that I dont was entered in, in the first place. Everyone finished eating by the time the last entree came out… I would have thought it would have been discounted, free, or at least bare minimum, an apology.

I will preface my 5 star review with this…given that this place was struggling with things outside their control, the staff did an amazing job. The food was great which is the main point for going to a restaurant. Our waitress was delayed getting to us but once she was assigned to our table she was wonderful and attentive. The bowling machine wasn’t working properly but the staff did their best to manage the situation.

We were originally disappointed that there were no specials and had more bar food on the menu than in the past. However, the food was excellent. Still would like the exoticness and diversity of their specials. .

I made a reservation for 6 people, got there and they were too full to seat us in the dining room. We got stuck in the back by the bowling alley. My husband and I went a bit early to have a drink a head of our reservation, the bar wasn’t cleaned and I had to ask to have it wiped down. Dishes, Napkins, silverware on the bar… on top of it there was a 1.5/2 year old running around clearly belonging to someone on staff.

The food was great, however, our service was not. We had a reservation for 5 people and immediately upon arriving the waitress began complaining to us that they were over booked and she had to fit a group of 21 so she didn’t know where she would seat us. When we arrived the restaurant was empty and there were multiple empty tables but she continued to tell us multiple times how she didn’t know where we should go because she was too busy. She was then our server and made us feel uncomfortable the entire time. Solely based on this server we will not be back.

Service was very slow. We were seated for 20 min and no once came to wait on us, finally we tracked someone down. The waitress was very kind and said she didn't know we were here or who was supposed to wait on us, and kindly took care of us. I felt like the food was overpriced and the menu was kind of odd. The food was just okay. We were seated on the "enclosed for winter" patio, there were a lot of heaters for the size and it was like a sauna.

Food and service was fantastic!! A little on the pricier side, but the food was worth it. They have about 94 beer taps so that is very impressive. The music was hit or miss… more of a young pop sound sometimes I would say. We were right under the speaker so kind of loud. We were sitting on the open patio by the fireplace and that was really nice. Great ambiance. We will definitely go there again.

So many unexpected pleasantries. I found this place on Facebook and the food is what caught my attention. However upon arriving there is a gas station, a beautiful market with a large variety of unique wines, speciality cheeses and meat, flowers, etc. Then upstairs is the restaurant/ bar; it was surprisingly quiet on a Saturday afternoon considering the college games were on. The food was good and fast. Over 90 taps available. There is a bowling alley there as well and we played an hour worth of games. Overall it was a great experience and fun and I will return soon.

I have never given a poor rating to any place but due to the very poor service given by one waitress in particular we will not be returning. Behavior like that from an adult is unacceptable and we felt like we were inconveniencing her for an error she chose not to clarify. She also only checked on us once while the other two waitresses serving the other tables around us were pleasant and constantly checking up on their tables. Everyone else from the people who seated us to greeting us was pleasant. But this one waitress completely ruined this experience for us. She needs to change her attitude before deciding to pursue a career in the service industry as we’ve never received such poor treatment despite us being polite and patient.

Alex’s Taproom Bistro was a surprise find that we will continue to enjoy on our date nights. The Mediterranean nachos were something completely new to us, fresh ingredients bursting with flavor! We will definitely be back for more. We enjoyed flight of mimosa’s before dinner, so beautiful in presentation and fun! The champagne berry salad with shawarma was flavorful, as were the kabobs. Staff were all pleasant and contributed in making our night out wonderful.

The drinks were very weak. Returned a drink because it was not what I order, but was still charge for it - not good! Fatoudsh (sp- sorry) salad was bland, need more seasoning. Chicken wings were meaty. would recommend the sauce on the side. The daily special of 4 shrimp with sauce was just so -so. Too much coating. The sauce dips were average. The atmosphere was nice outside. Unfortunately, will probably not return for the quality,, pricing and drinks. Wishing you the best.................

Brunch was absolutely incredible there were 5 of us and we ordered a variety of brunch items and everyone at the table was extremely happy! Service was excellent - make sure you go check out the market below - wow!!! Overall a really cool place for brunch would definitely go again!!

Service was great but food was average at best. In addition, make sure you read the fine print when you make a reservation you have to call for bowling. It is not automatically included in the 1 1/2 hour timeslot they give you to rent.

Took the family and we loved it! Food was delicious and service was great! The Mediterranean nachos were a big hit, as were the burgers, salad and wings. Kids menu has plenty of options and the drink menu was loaded with lots of great varieties from beer to cocktails and more, great spot!

Quality of food and drinks was better than most. The menu has something for everyone, even vegetarians like us! Our server was attentive, friendly, and found out answers to our questions that she wasn’t sure of, which is appreciated. Our only complaint was we went for a Sunday dinner and the bar music was blasting music that would be better after say 8:30. We love music, but this was what we considered club music rather than upbeat dinner music since the bar area was empty and the restaurant was full of families and gatherings for dinner. We will definitely go back though - the zouk sauce is worth listening to bad music!

Went for dinner because of all the positive things I’ve been told from friends that have been there for brunch. Might give brunch a chance but never again for dinner.

The restaurant was very understaffed - the poor bartender was doing everything- Brendon (I think that was his name) was very apologetic but the poor young man was working his tail off - bartending, serving & cleaning tables. The food was good, but came out in stages. Atmosphere is really nice. But the wait was excessive. Hopefully they can hire more staff soon.

Despite reserving a table inside we were seated in the covered patio where it was quite chilly despite the overhead heating lamps due to the inability to turn off the overhead fans. Food took a long time to to get to the table. It appeared our server was responsible for around 15 tables.

Went for dinner on Mothers Day. Lots of families there and they had the nasty club music at full volume. I know it’s a bar and grill but adjust for the crowd. The kitchen was slow but our food was really good when it arrived. Need more service training-my wine glass had lipstick on it, a quick check would have avoided that. Very little interaction, no attempts to share advice on best menu items or any of that.

We like Alex’s. We have been several times and get Carryout often. On our most recent visit though the music was VERY loud….like club level loud. Made it difficult to talk and seemed inappropriate for a 3 pm dinner on Mothers Day.
