Located on the fifth floor of the JW Marriott hotel in Edmonton’s ICE District, Alchemy features an intimate indoor cocktail bar and lounge, as well as a large heated patio overlooking Rogers Place.     Available on the first Sunday of every month join us from 12–3:30pm and enjoy an elegant afternoon tea experience at our cozy hideaway. For $78 per person, peruse our tea list to find your favourite as you nibble on a delectable selection of sweet and savoury pastries, finger sandwiches and desserts. Kindly inform us of any allergies at the time of booking. With advanced notice, we will do our utmost to accommodate.

    Drinks were fun and environment was neat. Server was brutally absent- drinks sat empty for 15 mins. Resulted in us leaving early. Would try again and hope for better service.

    Staff would not accommodate seating request although tables sat empty for > 1 hour. Requested several times. Drinks were inconsistent unfortunately. Hopefully a one off poor experience

    Food was mid at best and very expensive for the little portions. Charcuterie and cheese board were laughable.

    Such a wonderful atmosphere downtown. Overlooks the oilers watch party. Food is delicious! Drinks a yummy but more expensive than most other cocktail bars $18-24. For a special night out, highly recommend.

    The ambiance is the only thing that saved this experience. The cheese platter was extremely small and underwhelming. It had two pieces of dry toast, no mustard, and 3 very small pieces of cheese. We had gone to watch the Oilers game and the tvs were small, the audio was not played and they could not be seen from most angles.

    Always great experience. My only qualmis in the past when we've come there was never a TV set up with sports playing so we knew it was a great place to go that didn't feel like a sports bar. But we went, and there was a portable TV set up for the game. That was a little disappointing. But other than that food was great, drinks were great and service was good.
