                                                                                  ALC continues to provide excellent cuisine and service. There is a core staff under the guidance of a GM who will jump in to assist servers upon need. Green chile corn is 10 stars!! Bubbly could do with an upgrade.

                                                                                  Some of the best steaks and Seafood in Austin. The porter house is to die for and the lobster tails hit the spot for some surf and turf. The service here is always on point. 10/10 Take my money.

                                                                                  Great atmosphere and wonderful food! That alone would have made me a fan of ALC, but the service we were provided was above and beyond! The filet mignon was great, but the bone-in ribeye was to die for! Maybe the best steak I've ever tasted. We will definitely be trying to tomahawk ribeye the next time we visit ALC.

                                                                                  I became acquainted with ALC from the food truck that visited where I used to work. It was our first visit to the restaurant. My wife & I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and I noted that fact when I made the reservations as the reason for going to the restaurant. The waiter never mentioned the special occasion, and no special treat or anything was offered. The steak was disappointing, it tasted as though it was a little past its sell-by date, however the vegetables were good, as was desert. The waiter was loud and very sweaty. Before we left I asked him the location of the bathroom and he shouted while standing at our table - "oh the bathrooms are located over there!" so everyone around us could hear - very uncouth. We will not be returning - very disappointing.

                                                                                  Lovely dinner at 4:00 pm!! We really appreciate a nice restaurant that will serve an early meal. Fried creminis as an appetizer with a perfect gin martini followed by a delicious medium rare steak were all great. Love ALC.

                                                                                  Our party of 7 including two young boys was well served by waiter Beau (perhaps Bo). The steaks were all done perfectly and the food arrived in stages just as we were ready for it. This was our second visit. Among the half dozen steakhouses we’ve tried in or near Austin this is our favorite.

                                                                                  Got a large steak & asked for medium but it came out well done :( Came to celebrate my husband’s birthday, hoping they can bring him a little cake or something but that was not the case. As we walked to the car, I told him that this place might not do that & he told me the lady at another table got a little birthday cake?
