Marques de Caceres Export Director, Luis Burgueño, will be leading the wine pairing. Executive Chef, David Santana will be leading the menu pairings. Date: Thursday, May 23 Time: 6pm Limited Reservations - $100pp First Course - Pulpo Croquetas paired with a Brut Cava Second course - Ceviche of Petrale Sole & Wild Rock Cod paired with a 2023 Rueda Verdejo Third Course - Hogs and Rocks paired with Garnacha Fourth Course - Red Wine Braised Beef Cheeks paired with A 2018 Rioja Reserva Fifth Course - Chocolate Cake with Fresh Cherry Compote paired with A 2016 Rioja Gran Reserva
