Everything about Alara is exceptional. We went for date night. The wagyu tartare was absolutely divine. I also got the lamb~ best lamb I have ever had. Our server was incredible. The ambiance is a whole vibe and the decor…they have impeccable taste. Will definitely be back!

The cocktails, service and ambiance were great! We had the HOP cakes as an appetizer and loved them. My entree was the vegetarian bolognese over gnocchi, prepared vegan, and it was delicious. I only wish they had more options that could be prepared vegan, and the prices were a little high compared to similar elevated dining experiences in the area.

Loved the atmosphere at Alara! Great vibe. Saat at the bar and had drinks and appetizers. Wonderful Happy Hour. Service was wonderful. Food as well. Can't wait to go back and have dinner.

We didn't know what to expect and found Alara to be a pleasant surprise and a delightful experience. Wide open spaces. Gracious seating. High ceilings. Clean upscale environment. Great service. Wonderful food with a nice presentation. 𝗡𝗲𝘁/𝗡𝗲𝘁: We'll be back and welcome having a very convenient & upscale restaurant on the eastside.

We have been waiting for Alara to open for a year. Had heard about it early on and couldnt wait to try it. Chef Lisa and our server Savannah were awesome! They made our night out perfect We sat at the Chef's table and the experience was incredible. Everything we ate was amazing and as we saw all the other dishes coming out, we knew what we wanted to try next time! The ambiance and overll atmosphere was wonderful. We will be back soon!

Just like Emery (sister restaurant) the food is well worth the price. Several notches above other restaurants in this price range. We both got chicken dishes, and both of them were perfect. Cocktails were fantastic, too. Unique and delicious without being bizarre. We sat at one of the two chef's tables, watching and talking to some of the kitchen team was an icing on the cake for the night. Made it even more enjoyable and memorable. The one thing to know is that the main courses are family style servings, so it was trickier than a normal menu to figure out what to get without overspending or having a ton of leftovers. We figured it out with help from our server, but if we go back we're going to go with at least one other couple to make the sharing and variety of food easier to pull off. Also, they have a really great gluten-free selection. Just be sure, as with any restaurant, that what is brought to the table is indeed GF. Definitely going back.

Alara! Y’all outdid yourselves! Booked through open table and were greeted and asked if we want to sit at the chefs table. We absolutely agreed (not knowing exacting what this was) and we are so happy we did! What an amazing experience. It was like being at a live food network show. We had a great time! The service, their attention to detail, the thoughtfulness behind all the dishes, our server, the chefs - outstanding! We ordered a bit from each category on the menu - and followed recommendations from our server. Shrimp and lobster tail cocktail, hearts of palm salad, the strip, fish tacos, potato wedges, lobster gnocchi and midnight chocolate profiteroles. Will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu and will request the chefs table again!
