Al Wadi Boston is a Lebanese restaurant providing the West Roxbury area a unique ethnic food experience.

Dinner at Al Wadi Boston can be a thoroughly enjoyable feast with the Mezza variety vegetarian and meat options that both include an amazing array of house specialties and chef selected favorites. Dinner offerings include beef and lamb kebabs, eggplant moussaka and a vegetarian platter. A special delicacy is the pumpkin kibbeh which features two pumpkin puree layers along with spinach, chick peas and onions. Be sure to save room for one of the Al Wadi Boston special desserts including the knefe with its sweet cheese, semolina crust and syrup made from rose water.

It was an amazing experience! The sign on the door said they were short staffed but it didn't affect our service and the food was authentic and delicious!! 5 stars!

The lamb shank was overpriced for the portion size; on top of that, it was very fatty, too. Also, the service was poor, and the server didn't even print out the check; instead, she showed us a terminal and expected payment without giving us time to review the bill. If I were to go back, I'd go at lunchtime and demand to see the check before paying.

Al Wadi is fantastic! The food is great, service great and the decor/atmosphere is just amazing. We went for a birthday celebration. Didn’t know that there was entertainment. There is belly dancing - Elizabeth was excellent. What a surprise and treat! We had falafel, lamb kabobs and a few other apps. So good! HIGHLY recommend!

Outside of restaurant does not look like much. Boy were we surprised by how nice the inside is. Food was delicious and served promptly! Sad we didn’t discover this gem sooner!

There was a sign on the door stating they were short staffed. There was no indication that was true. Food was delivered hot and without a long wait.

Al Wadi is one of my favorite restaurants in the Boston area! My ethnicity is half-Lebanese, and although I have never been over to Lebanon, Al Wadi's food takes me there. My wife and I have never had a dish that didn't exceed expectations. Service is always excellent and friendly, and we really appreciate all the little details that make an evening at Al Wadi special.
