    The long and the short is that we will not be back. My husband and I had an 8pm reservation. We promptly checked in with the hostess, and she coolly told us it “will be a minute.” 15 mins passed and she seated a couple that came in appx 5 minutes after us. Another hostess took our names and tried her hardest to accommodate us (as the first was nowhere to be found), but it was over 20 minutes after our reservation until we were seated, despite the restaurant being quite empty. We each ordered a Negroni, and one came out in a cracked glass, and the other with about 50% of the volume of the other. Our food was decent and very salty. By the end of our dinner the staff was breaking down tables around us, further detracting from the experience. If you’re going to go for Italian in Cincinnati, it’s worth spending slightly more and going to Sotto.

    Their outside patio is tucked away upstairs and so cute! The food was spectacular! Highly recommend the new ricotta dish along with the wedge salad. We got a pasta (gnocchi) and chicken dish. Ended with tiramisu & olive oil cake. All bread, pasta, and desserts are made in house. Can’t wait to go back!

    We had dinner to celebrate our anniversary. We were immediately greeted by friendly staff and a complimentary glass of wine. We had a very nice experience and the food was very good, especially the fried mushroom appetizer. Our waitress was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

    The hostess was great and very accommodating when we asked to be seated outside! The patio on the 2nd floor is lovely and contributed to our birthday celebration. And the food was delicious and the Rose wine perfect!!

    This was our first time here and it was a fantastic experience. The server was good, the food was delicious, and the drinks were well worth it. Get the 1000 ml table wine and the espresso martini. The atmosphere was fantastic as well. What we appreciated most was that we had a hiccup with our main dish and the front of house manager dealt with it immediately. They went above and beyond in their offer to make up for a small mistake which says everything. Will definitely return again.

    Al Posto is such a cute restaurant. We were disappointed to be sat in the far back corner. Three of our party got pasta which was very good. I was surprised when they didn’t bring bread. They told us we had to order it. Five dollars for four very small pieces of bread. That’s a deal breaker for me in an Italian restaurant. Don’t charge for the bread. The food was good. The dessert was even better. Amaretto cheesecake was fabulous!

    Great experience. The service was excellent. The drinks and food came out quickly and were delicious. It was our first time there, and we will definitely go back!

    Loved the food and atmosphere but our server was quite rude. I will make sure not that we do not have him when we go back.
