Delicious food, as always. The service is personal and attentive, from the valet to the front desk and servers. Management is always present and checking in. Al has established another great restaurant that is pleasant for a family dinner or for entertaining.

We spent our Mother's Day dinner with Al Biernat's North location and as usual we experienced a phenomenal meal with the best service provided by Travis - we have been to both locations but the service we received from Travis and the rest of the team was simply amazing! Drinks and appetizers started off the meal exactly how we have come to expect at Al Biernat's - always our favorite meal to share as a family. The food was perfectly prepared from the seabass, and cowboy ribeye to the chicken piccata. Finished the meal with dessert and as usual it did not disappoint - the creme brulee is my all-time favorite and now my kids get it too. Highly recommended and again Travis was awesome!!!

We love sitting in the bar area. The drinks and service are excellent. I always order the perfectly cooked filet mignon and my husband loves the enormous veal chop. Portions are large. We invariably leave with to-go boxes.

Made advance reservations for an early dinner in the bar area for Mother’s Day. We arrived on time at 4:30p and the bar area was relatively empty. Most tables had Reserved tents on them. We were seated in the very last booth which had an opening to the kitchen as well as a server “stand” behind the booth. The noise from the kitchen made our time there unbearable. The service was good but the food was average. We have had better steaks at other high end restaurants. This will probably be our last time at Al Biernat’s.

Valet service fats and quick even in the rain we didn't have to wait and table was ready for us the moment we got in the waiter was energetic and helpful food was great especially the crab pasta will go again

It was Mother’s Day so it was busy, but we did not feel rushed in the slightest. We were seated promptly without a wait. As usual, the food was superb. Steaks were cooked to perfection. It was Sunday brunch so we ordered the French toast appetizer and it was to die for. The server, Danae, was outstanding as always. He has waited on us in the past and is always polite and professional. He gives suggestions that are always spot on. The Old Fashion he suggested for my husband was amazing. Al Biernat’s is always exceptional and this experience was as wonderful as always. Give it a try; you will not be disappointed.

Our server Travis was amazing! He was always there when we needed something and the food came out so quick and delicious. It was such a special and wonderful Mother’s Day lunch thanks to this incredible staff! The Chicken Parm was the best I’ve EVER had and the Roth Cabernet was SO good with it! We had and incredible waiter (Justice). We have had him numerous times and we absolutely could not have a better waiter that is so accommodating and attentive. Al Biernats is our "go to" place for most special occasions and having Justice is the icing on the cake!!!!

It is a nice restaurant. Waiter was attentive . But soup was not warm enough Then steak was super rare Had to return the steak to cook a bit more .. Desserts were just ok . Overall food was not worth the price Ambience is nice

Everything was very good except for the older dark haired lady that sat us at our table. She was rude and never asked if we were ready to be seated. We were taking pictures with family when she came over to tell us that we were being seated. She had to wait for us to finish pictures and was rolling her eyes while waiting. We were early for our 7:30 reservation. When we got to our table there were only 4 place settings. We needed 5. When my wife asked her for a 5th she said “someone else will take care of that”. Then we had to ask again for our 5th place setting. Not a good person to be welcoming guests. Everyone else was very good. Our server was awesome. Food was very good.

We drive a little over an hour to dine here. It’s always worth the drive. We dine in many higher end restaurants and this is one of our favorites. Bryan our Sommelier made the perfect choices… again. The lamb chops and special of the evening were both cooked perfectly to our request. Get the crab cake starter. Try the specials, they are always amazing. Enjoy the wine selection and you will see why it’s one of the best places to dine in Dallas.

This was our first visit to Al Bienat’s. We moved to Al Biernat’s to follow a server named Travis Thomson from Lawry’s the Prime Rim that recently closed its doors. The food was delicious, large portions, however, the Prime Rib needs more seasoning, the Old Fashioned Chocolate Cake was very delicious. we were able to have Travis as our Server which made it even better. The managers were very attentive and welcoming. We will be back.

Dined inside the bar area in a booth. Food here never disappoints. Service is always top notch too. The lamb chops are the best in Dallas and I’ve tried them at many steakhouses, but at Al’s they are always perfect! Only complaint is they stopped serving the mint risotto which was amazing! Please bring that back.

Travis and the rest of the staff was great. Only complaint was a very long wait for our espresso martini and desserts. Other than that, the food was excellent and the best seabass and oysters Rockefeller I've ever had!

My sister, niece and I decided to celebrate Mother's Day a little early without our spouses and children. I had dined at Al's before, but they had not. Everything was just perfect and they have become instant fans! We may make lunch at Al's an annual Mother's Day tradition.

Went for wife’s 75th birthday and staff could not have been nicer starting with check in and then water server and finally waiter. All enthusiastically wished her a Happy Birthday.

Al Biernat's is always a great experience with the food, service and ambiance. The noise level was a little high due to their busy lunch time and nearly full restaurant, but not so loud that we couldn't have a discussion at a 5-person table. I recommend Al Biernat's for any excellent dining experience.

Upon our arrival, the server did not introduce himself nor did he recognize the special nature of our visit. It appeared there was an immediate preconception about our party of four with children. Despite our children being neatly dressed and well-mannered, I found myself having to inquire with the S.A. about the bread service, who visibly showed a shocked expression that it hadn't been offered or brought now several minutes after appetizers were ordered and consumed. Additionally, our table was unstable and had an extra candle on it. When we sought assistance from our server for these issues, Pedro addressed our concerns but shifted the responsibility onto the support staff, citing their setup oversights. As a patron with over a decade of experience in fine dining, I believe guests should never be burdened with such excuses. My wife and I ordered a wine by the glass with the meal that wasn't poured at the table, but just brought pre poured in its glass that had been resting on a tray hiding behind an adjacent booth. As for the culinary offerings, they were exceptional. We were prepared for a lavish evening throughout. However, it became apparent that our server was preoccupied, possibly prioritizing a larger group’s alcoholic beverages/wine orders over our experience. We remained patient and left a generous tip, although we typically enjoy rewarding exceptional service more handsomely. The intent of our visit was to celebrate a significant occasion, yet it felt overshadowed by a lack of attentiveness. Had management touched our table at all, I would have voiced these concerns directly. Regrettably, when asked about our experience, I had to candidly describe it as costly yet underwhelming for what was meant to be a festive celebration. While the cuisine met our expectations, the service did not live up to the standards of fine dining. In the future, we will return to our favored venues like Fearing’s, Capital Grille, and Nick & Sam’s for our celebratory events.

Excellent wine list, seafood and steaks. Service was terrific. We had an amazing time celebrating our anniversary!

We were fortunate to have Senaca as our server again as we celebrated our 43rd Anniversary. Senaca was our server last year when we celebrated our Anniversary at Al Biernat’s. He is excellent and such a delight. He truly makes the celebration that much more enjoyable. The food was amazing as always and the ambiance is perfect for celebrating our special occasions.

Overall good but the prices have skyrocketed! There were people there so obviously they are ok with paying that much but my group will move our dinners to a more reasonabe place.

We had an impromptu girls nite out and booked a Booth in the bar. Danny from the bar took excellent care of us. The food was fresh and delivered to our table promptly. This location never disappoints with drinks, food and atmosphere.
