    This was our first time visiting and we were celebrating a birthday. We had a great experience. The food was delicious, good portions and wonderful flavor. It was fresh and came out in a very timely manner as well. Everything we ate was very good! My husband was impressed and he’s a tough critic! The service was TOP TIER! Our server, Travis, was so attentive and kind. He provided excellent recommendations from the menu and was spot on with everything he recommended. The manager, James, and all the staff here are very personable and attentive. Great customer service is hard to come by so I really appreciated it at Al Biernat’s. I’m looking forward to dining here again.

    This experience was INCREDIBLE! James, Cassidy, Padrone and Sam all took extra special care of us. We were celebrating my wife’s birthday and this was definitely an experience to remember! We SO GREATLY APPRECIATE all the staff for all the service and care! Awesome food and ambiance. Thank you guys! This was our first visit but we will definitely be back.

    Prime rib was overcooked. I ordered medium and it arrived medium well to well done. Waiter replaced it be made mistake of says it looked medium in the kitchen. Little did he know the manager say it and apologized for it being well done. Didn’t appreciate the waiter trying to argue which I wasn’t.

    Our visit to Al Biernat's N. Dallas was spectacular! The bar staff was super friendly, and once at our table, the service was even more amazing. Our server, Justice was so friendly and incredibly attentive. The manager, James, stopped by the table a couple of times to check on us. And Padron, always made sure we had everything we needed. The service was fast/timely, yet we weren't rushed through our meal. It was well-paced. The entire staff went the extra mile to make the experience memorable. And then there was the food! Everything was top notch. The prime rib was thick cut, cooked to perfection, with the best crust we've ever had. The sides were also delicious. And the Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Cream Pie was so good. I highly recommend it, if you can manage to save room. I can't recommend this restaurant enough. We will definitely return!
