    Overall good but the prices have skyrocketed! There were people there so obviously they are ok with paying that much but my group will move our dinners to a more reasonabe place.

    We had an impromptu girls nite out and booked a Booth in the bar. Danny from the bar took excellent care of us. The food was fresh and delivered to our table promptly. This location never disappoints with drinks, food and atmosphere.

    Always amazing. Justin takes great care of us! The sour dough bread toasted with butter is amazing.

    The place is amazing, the food was excellent but two things made it very uncomfortable. I asked for a private area to carry over an extremely important conversation, and I thought I could but if you count the multiple times the server came to interrupt that conversation. Became a bit too much! And the worst mistake, most disrespectful thing someone can do to my European guests was bringing the check right after the last bite without the guests even asking for it. It feels like they are telling you to get out or they don’t want to serve you anymore.

    We had a wonderful dining experience last night at Al Biernat’s - our food was amazing and we were expertly served by Bee who ensured our meal was served at a relaxing pace - be sure to save room for desert and say hello to manager James Gee who will make you feel like family. Paul P

    I’ve been to Al Biernat’s several times, especially the north location. The food is always consistent, but the service was less than desirable. Our waitress BB was rude and rushed us. Insulted us when we tried to help her collect dishes. She accidentally almost knocked over my champagne and said if we weren’t trying to help her that wouldn’t have happened. I was shocked as usually, the staff at Al Biernat’s is top-notch. I’m not sure I will return sadly.
