Lots of staff but slow and infrequent check in to see if all ok. For example, finished cup of coffee and after a while needed to get the attention of server for refill. Was fine because we aren’t in a rush, but just saying. Not up to Michelin high service. Lots of support staff could easily ask if need anything else when dropping off dishes or drinks. But they don’t.

You won't find better service anywhere. Attentive, friendly and funny. The staff makes for a wonderful time. Pricey, but worth a special occassion.

I stopped in at Ai Fiori for lunch, and my experience was nothing short of phenomenal. The restaurant is spacious and beautiful, with such a serene ambience. The roasted beets were so flavorful and delicious. The scallops were cooked to perfection. And the tiramisu was simply out of this world. My server Krystal was just amazing, and made sure that I was taken care of at all times. There are few places left in NYC like Ai Fiori. I look forward to returning.

My husband and I visited Ai Fiori for our first wedding anniversary. The service here is simply impeccable. We were greeted kindly and were even congratulated on our anniversary after checking in. The waitstaff handled everything perfectly and explained the menu and answered all questions. Even took account for my soy allergy. The food was excellent! Genuinely one of the most enjoyable meals I’ve ever had. Flavours were subtle and surprising. The tiramisu is an experience! Which brings me back to the service. We received the tiramisu and it had a little chocolate square reading “Happy Birthday”. Our waiter checked on us during dessert and we explained the funny little mix up. He apologised and in a flash we received a gelato acknowledging our anniversary. —That is unparalleled service!

The food was outstanding and the service was amazing! The staff was genuinely helpful and attentive. The restaurant was beautiful and had a great view. It is on the expensive side but worth every penny!

We wanted to try out first Michelin Star experience and I was hesitant because they lost their star. The food looked great and so did the reviews so I had to still try it. This restaurant is inside a beautiful hotel! It was stunning with lots of beautiful decor for photos. Inside the restaurant was a fun, eclectic vibe! We were promptly greeted and our coats were stored for us. Service was fast and friendly. Each course was amazing from appetizers to dessert. We added the wine pairing and it did not disappoint-delicious wines!

The food was good but the service was terrible, We had to keep asking the waiter to serve us wine, in the end I asked for a coffee and they never brought it to me.

We had a Galentine’s Day lunch at Ai Fiori. It was fabulous! The Lobster Bisque was the best soup ever! We all throughly enjoyed it. The service was excellent. I highly recommend it!

We stayed at the hotel primarily to try this restaurant. We came from Connecticut and were not disappointed. The place is absolutely beautiful and the service was great. We did the tasting menu and it was incredible. We will definitely be back again and would highly recommend to visitors and locals alike.

It’s always good to start a day with something great. Even though it’s a little pricey but worth it. You are very welcome from the beginning and at the end. Definitely will be back.

Came for Restaurant week, and were told upon arrival the kitchen would close in 15 minutes (we were early). However, they did not rush us, and we were the last table in the dining room at the end of our meal. Food is very good, beautifully presented, the room is lovely and service excellent. I do not think the quality deserves a Michelin star though. But for RW, a nice experience.

Very nice food and good experience, we tried the 4-course prix fixe menu, everything delicious but I would make a bit bigger portion, because my caramelle pasta was only 6 small ravioli in the plate. Maybe the regular portion is more but still it left me with a bit of desire to have more. Service is the top, and everyone are very kind.

Enjoyed the restaurant week menu this time, worth every single penny. Desserts was nicely plated and delicious. Will def go back and try the tasting menu again! This is gonna be another restaurant to put on my list!

Another amazing time and experience. I’ve been fortunate to experience this place a few times including champagne tastings and such…and it never ever disappoints. When offered an option I will happily/lazily go for the chef’s selection or multi course menu…with wine pairing and theirs works out well. This evening was with a friend who did not eat ingredients in the main. The restaurant substituted an amazing replacement which I would guess is more costly. Was honestly a little surprised and impressed. Will of course go again and recommend you do as well.

What a wonderful meal. Excellent for a special occasion. I did the regular tasting menu and my wife did the vegetarian tasting menu. The food was excellent and beautifully presented. I also did the wine pairing which I’ll note was all full size glasses, not just a small taste so make sure you don’t pregame for it. The staff was efficient and very friendly but not overbearing. I have my own system of what I call relative value; does the meal justify the expense. This one definitely did.

Christmas prix fixe with wine pairing. Delicious Montrachet was one of the wines. Rest were first rate too. This was a pleasant surprise. Menu was well done with excellent choices all around. Cooking in this restaurant is always first rate as is the service. Ambience is off. It feels like the dining room of a hotel restaurant (which it is). This is a shame since the restaurant deserves better.

Had a lovely promotion dinner here. Started off with the beef tartare and roasted carrots. Sublime! Followed with the spaghetti and halibut - buttery and perfectly cooked. Service was impeccable as always. Always love a night at Ai Fiori!

It took half hour for waitress to come. As a business lunch, it’s completely unacceptable. I came here very often for lunches and dinners, this time is so disappointing.

Filthy , poor quality , no bottled water , most of the staff was very abrupt, rude and had a weirdness about them , our waiter had a very creepy staring problem and was absolutely unprofessional and offensive. I would never care to ever go back and if I know 10 people in this world I would tell them and tell them to tell their 10 people to never go there and avoid the awkward staring staff and god awful food and poor temporaries of the awful tasting food and warm water that you are forced to have if you want water. They can sell you Saratoga sparkling water however according to our dining neighbors it’s always the case that they are “ out “ of it…. Even the place itself was literally filthy and we wasted our time dining there. NEVER AGAIN !!!!

The food was as good as usual. I can see why they lost their Michelin star though. Service was so so. Not bad, but definitely not what you would expect. Overall I would still recommend Ai Fiori to my friends and family.

The food is really good. The menu is a little tricky, and while the prix fixe option sounded like a good idea at first, we struggled to figure out which items we wanted on the available choices and decided to order a la carte instead. The wine list is ridiculous: so expensive relative to the menu - in the stratosphere. The best option is just to stick to cocktails. Service was sufficient and enthusiastic, but when the waiter was attending to the people at the table next to us, he was standing between our close tables with his back and derriere hovering over our table and drinks. It was distracting and definitely unappealing. Unintentional, but something that should never happen. I thought the food was a breath of fresh air and quite tasty. We did stick to the simpler things on the menu.
