I was really looking forward to experiencing the restaurant, but my wife and I were sorely disappointed with the service, which ruined the evening for us. The food was ok, but it couldn’t make up for the very poor service from our waiter. We even had to get up from our table and get our glass of wine from the bar after seeing them sitting up there with the bar tender for at least 15 minutes.

Fabulous view on porch, service was wonderful and the food, perfection. I was celebrating my retirement announcement. Jennifer, the hostess has taken care of me the past 3 stays at the Ritz, Jennifer always remembers me and the AG and staff spoil diners with a perfect dining experience!

The hostess was lovely, and the room was beautiful. A little noisy but well-appointed. The food we had was very good - exactly what it should have been, but not exceptional. It was litereally just fine. The disappointment was the server. When I sat, I asked him for a recommendation. He said, "Everything is good." I pushed further, telling him what I was torn between, and he said, "They are both good." He brought my guest the wrong soup, which was very disappointing, and we only saw him once during the dining experience, so we didn't have an opportunity to get another glass of wine or anything else. When he dropped off dessert and the check, he said, "Not to rush you, but the overnight cleaning crew is on their way in..." Was the food good? Yes. But for a Ritz Carlton, I want a little more in terms of quality and service.

Took my husband here for a birthday dinner date and it was soo good!! The service was outstanding, the food was phenomenal and the overall experience was nothing short of amazing. We love trying new restaurants and this one is definitely one of our favorites and we definitely plan on going back!

The wait staff was overwhelmed with the overall volume in the restaurant and our experienced suffered. Unfortunately, I was trying to entertain some very important customers and this experience did not help my efforts. It was very disappointing.

It’s my birthday weekend and I’m celebrating it at the Ritz-Carlton. It’s my first time here and I was not disappointed. I’m a firm believer that the service makes the experience and what a wonderful experience it was. From the greeting of the valet team, the upgrade in room, to the delicious dinner, and the live entertainment with drinks on hand in the lounge. I can’t recall the name of our server but he was such amazing man that went out of his way to make sure my birthday dinner was special! Thank you to all the staff at the Ritz-Carlton for making my birthday memorable! Thank you! Thank you!

Not a great experience. Steaks were not cooked correctly. Server didn’t seem to care. The salad was supposed to be split but despite hardly anyone there, the kitchen failed to split it. Had to ask for share plates from the busser as well. The sides were the only properly cooked and delicious part of the meal. Dessert (warm brownie w vanilla bean ice cream) tasted cheap and way too sweet. I won’t go back. I’ve had better steak for a third the price.

As always amazing food and service! From the hostess Jennifer to our server Koush everything was point on! Amazing filet cooked to perfection, so tender you could cut with a butter knife! Will definitely be back when I am in Atlanta!

My partner and I dined here for our anniversary/Valentine's Day. Our food was amazing. I had the steak and he had the seafood pasta, and it's hard to say who enjoyed the meal more. We shared the carpaccio and the creme brulee. He had one of the best old-fashioneds he's ever had. I had a glass of champagne and a lemon drop martini. Our experience was incredible. We stayed in the hotel, so we do not know the parking situation. Anyone interested in a romantic night out with incredible food and a very pleasant ambiance should consider coming to AG!

The food was okay. Definitely not as good as the price point would indicate. Service was also just okay. Took quite some time for a waiter to be located. The manager was very nice and apologized for the wait. Great atmosphere, not loud, and good music. Decent experience but wouldn't come back.

Had the best evening… The staff was super attentive and went out of their way to make the night special for us. The fried green tomatoes were to die for and the Rib-eye was cooked to perfection. We ended the night listening to a live performance in the lobby!! The manager stopped by to speak and even sent us champagne!!! Can’t wait to come back!!!

The food is not seasoned well at all, I make a better steak at home so I was very disappointed after spending nearly $70 on a 8oz sirloin. The puree mashed potatoes was scorching hot and burned the roof of my mouth and my dates salmon was too salty according to him. However, they did give me a complimentary dessert after advising that the temperature should be mentioned to the diner as to not burn themselves.

We decided to dine here for our 3 year anniversary and it was wonderful. Beautiful restaurant and the staff was incredibly kind. Our waiter, Arnoud, was very nice, accommodating, and the food was delightful. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a romantic date night.

The ambiance greets you with a warm welcome at the front. The staff members are polite and gracious, with a polished level of experience. The food makes you want to finish every last bite. I can't wait for an excuse to go back. It can get expensive after purchasing a 3 course meal for two with a bottle of wine, but it is worth every last cent.

The food was very good. They have limited alternatives to steak but my party all enjoyed them. I had a steak and it was delicious . The Brussel sprouts were excellent. The cocktails were ok.
