Our colleges of Cambridge University inspired Afternoon Tea, offers a delicious selection of savouries & sweets created by our pastry team. With traditional finger sandwiches and freshly baked scones, accompanied by chocolate and almond delice, blueberry cheesecake, rhubarb and vanilla choux bun and raspberry and rose roulade. Free-from menu also available. Please note, free-from Afternoon Tea bookings require at least 24 hours to prepare for any allergies or dietary requirements.

A great choice and good balance of sweet and savoury treats. Waiter was very polite and knowledgeable. A dietary preference was dealt with with no problem. The only thing to improve a truly wonderful afternoon would have been some low volume background music either live or recorded

Just wow, my friend was so surprised this was for her birthday. Our first time going and the staff were so helpful polite & happy, service was amazing food was amazing. We will definitely be going back Thank you for a lovely afternoon tea

The location and setting were very nice, The food was good, there were crusts on sandwiches which I wouldn't have expected. The food arrived before the tea and the table wasn't big enough for all the tea and the food so a smaller table was sourced. The service was quite slow and hesitant. I would visit again but would need to manage my expectations

This really was the best Afternoon Tea I have had in Cambridge (I’ve had a few) only spoilt by someone doing loud ZOOM calls on their laptop while we were eating

We were running late due to the Easter traffic in Cambridge, but we were welcomed nonetheless with a smile by very helpful staff. The afternoon tea was superb (our first time), whereas our previous visit to Parker's Tavern was for lunch. We celebrated our anniversary so the staff did their best to make feel special by offering us a complimentary glass of fizz.

The food was excellent however the service fell short of expectations. We waited 45 minutes for food to arrive, the table was too small for 4 people and the waiter had no idea what he was there for. Will not be returning 😔

Ambience and service were great, we were treated very well and had a small child with us who was well accommodated for. For £39 the food quality was okay. You will not go hungry by any means, but you may want to bring your own salt and pepper. Put it that way. But a lovely day out in a beautiful room, looking out over a beautiful park in Cambridge.
