The open table app nor the restaurant explain clearly that the full menu is not available in the bar area. When we asked to be moved the hostess didn’t even try to accommodate us she just said no. Even when there were clearly tables available. Not worth the trouble. Plenty of other more service oriented options in the city.

Wir haben in der Bar hervorragend gegessen, das gesamte Personal war super freundlich und wir hatten einen tollen genussvollen Abend. Wir kommen buchen auf jeden Fall wieder - einfach nur TOP!!!!

The view is amazing! Our server who was from the same hometown in Canada where I am from (sorry, I don’t remember her name) was wonderful! She was attentive and made suggestions to make our visit more enjoyable. Food and drinks were wonderful!

We had great experience here at aDLERS Rooftop bar. Great ambience / great service and spectacular views of Innsbruck. Highly recommend

What an amazing experience. It is worth a trip just to watch the bartender create beautiful cocktails. They made my first trip to Innsbruck memorable

Die Bedienung sehr aufmerksam, das Essen und der Wein unglaublich gut und trotz das es sehr voll war im Restaurant, hat es uns an nichts gefehlt…zusätzlich konnten wir den Sonnenuntergang während des Essens auf der Terrasse genießen. Unschlagbar!

Service wirkte leider sehr unmotiviert, genervt und unkoordiniert. Nach der Bitte zum Zahlen dauerte es ewig bis sich was getan hat…. Die Drinks waren ansonsten super und das Ambiente auch!

Our server, new to the job that day, was really good … and the atmosphere is great as well. But the bar menu is extremely limited and also inaccurate since our waiter was told when we ordered, that chicken for salads was no longer on the menu (though it was still on the menu). Our meals, in the end, were so so. This is no doubt a good place to go from a drink, but we suggest taking a pass on the food.

We made a reservation for burgers and brews. After waiting 15 minutes the waitress took our drink order. After delivery drinks she told us the kitchen was ‘super busy’ and would not accept orders from the bar. She told us she could bring us peanuts and then left. 15 minutes later I reminded her about the nuts and she brought us a cup full. She billed us $4 for the nuts.

Es war ein sehr schöner Abend, das Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend und die Drinks sehr lecker! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat auch gestimmt und die Aussicht phänomenal! Gerne wieder! 😘
