Adalina is a refined hospitality destination serving a modern and engaging Italian menu in a timeless yet alluring setting in the heart of Chicago’s Gold Coast neighborhood. Led by Michelin-starred chef Soo Ahn. Adalina’s menu creates a balance between Northern and Southern cuisine, providing expertly staged shared plates along with strong statement items that satisfy a table. Guests can expect house made extruded and stuffed pastas. Adalina’s offerings will be accompanied with tableside services, and a well curated beverage and wine program that aims to evoke a sense of excitement for guests. Food and service was horrible- shrimp cocktail was fishy, pasta tasted like lemon and you couldn’t cut the steak- tough and rubber!!

Amazing! Everything was delicious. Order the cheesy bread, you won’t regret it. We came in from MKE to celebrate our friend’s birthday and the staff & chef Soo made it over the top special for her. We can’t wait to go back! PS chef Soo is THE Top Chef, period. ☺️♥️👏🏼

The Food was delicious ( and I lived in Italy for 20 years). Service impeccable. Our server, Roberto was amazing. Only complaint is it is very noisey and since we were a table of 10 it was hard to hear anyone that wasn't sitting right next to you.

We went here because we are huge Top Chef fans and fell in love with Soo!! His restaurant did NOT disappoint!! Everyone was amazing from the moment we walked in! Thank you Mara and others! It was also great to meet Soo and thank him personally for a wonderful meal. Bottle that roasted tomato red sauce!!! Highly recommend the bread service and the meatballs - will be back for those alone!! Absolutely amazing!!
