ACQUOLINA: Mouth-Watering.

Acquolina is an informal, yet elegant Trattoria & Pizzeria where you will find fine food and a fun atmosphere! We strive to provide an authentic Italian experience from plate, to glass, to environment. Please eat, drink, and enjoy! Our expansive menu, extensive wine list, and over 1000 liquor labels, and warm service team will give you a place to return to and share with friends and family.

Open nightly for takeout 5:00pm till Close. See you soon!

Acquolina outdoor patio, located along the restaurant sidewalk. Umbrellas with lighting and a comfortable spacing between tables.

PLEASE NOTE: Outdoor reservations are for OUTSIDE only, there is NO GAURANTEE to move inside even in the case of rain.

Reservation can be cancelled due to rain or an option will be presented for indoor dining depending on availability.

Appetizers awesome, Main courses were all very bland. Service was absolutely terrible!

Took two of us 45 minutes to receive our main courses, while the third guest had to wait an hour for hers. I guess they were trying to serve all the dinners together, as our food was dry like it had been sitting out for too long. They apologized and explained that the (hour-long) lamb chops were "frozen," even though we saw another table who'd arrived 10 minutes after us receive their lamb chops far earlier. No one could figure it out, but it made for an unpleasant evening. Get it together, guys!

We had a fantastic meal at Acquolina. We ended up choosing to sit at the bar and did not regret it. Great vibes there and two really knowledgeable bartenders that made our meal even better. We had the burrata, prosciutto pizza and gnocchi. I’m really glad we came here as we were a bit turned off by some of the reviews here which we feel were way off base. We are foodies from Chicago and thought this meal was pretty great (though nothing ever compares to Chicago restaurants). Food was delicious, ambience great and this restaurant mastered elegant without being pretentious. Give it a try! We will be back.

Wonderful place to dine…consistent, great tastes and a good variety to choose from. They have a great wine and spirits menu. The grilled calamari is the best in the valley.

We came at the end of the season so the restaurant was about 50% full. We were seated at a nice table and settled in for a nice experience. The deep wine list featured bottles starting at around $100 up to 2000. That set a tone of expectation that was not met. The food came out rushed. We were still eating our appetizer when the salad was brought out... then the entrees came while we were still eating salad. The portions were small. Although, the flavors were good. I was surprised to that the food was served in chipped bowls. Unfortunately there was an also large party of 12 in the middle that ruined the mood of the place. Very expensive for the quality and the experience even by Aspen standards. We would not return.

One of the best restaurants in all of Aspen. Always consistent and delicious with a great wine list.

Service was a bit of a challenge. Orders were missing and one was omitted? Staff recovered fine. Food was good.
