Welcome to Aberdunant Hall where we have our fantastic outdoor heated terrace (during peak season), cosy restaurant and our beautiful, contemporary decorated rooms with an ambient atmosphere in which to dine.

Our Menu consists of a number of classic dishes, steaks and meats from the Grill as well as a collection of more sophisticated plates. Dinner is served Monday to Saturday with our fabulous Home cooked Carvery on Sundays. Please see contact our teams for details of timings as service times and offerings are subject to change.

We only serve quality wines and beers and the tastiest of food which is sourced mainly from local suppliers. Adam Ellis our Executive Chef has designed our menus have a wide variety of options for special dietary requirements and with just a little tweak can be altered for our vegetarian or vegan guests.

Had a good meal at the restaurant the food was tasty and didn’t had to wait to long for our food good service and very polite will definitely go back went with best mate birthday and family

Great Sunday carvery , plenty of choice. It isn't overcrowded like most carvery. Excellent value for money , you must leave room for the cheese cake with honey comb and chocolate

We love "Aberdunant Hall" because of the attention to detail on the GF food that my husband needs. I did mention to a waiter who was serving us about my child's special needs for her meal. Specifically said many times what my child wanted for her meal. However none of this was taken on board and my child was still served the wrong meal. Please keep in my mind that disabilities are hidden also and all staff should be aware about this.

Following your comments I have investigated the points raised and can see where the mistake was made due to human error and not ignored. Our team are trained to be fully aware of all our guests needs be they visible or not. That said following your feedback we have put further steps in place to prevent a recurrence. I do hope that you would come back to see us again in the future whereby we would have the opportunity to serve you and your family.

It’s difficult to write this review as the place and staff are amazing. However the food for me was so disappointing. The steak was served unrested and oozing blood. It was fatty and gristly in places. The banoffee ice cream pudding was inedible, rock hard grainy ice cream and bitter caramel sauce. I mentioned to two members of staff who did apologise. The staff re amazing and you should be so proud to have them work for you.

Thank you for completing a review following your visit to us we are so pleased to read that the team looked after you so well but saddened to learn that your meal did not hit the spot. After speaking with our team they did advise me that they checked with you especially regarding the steak did not receive the same impression from you on the evening we only wish you had mentioned something more on the evening as we certainly would not have wished you to have left feeling unsatisfied. We do hope you will return in the future whereby we will ensure your meal is as it should be.
