A great restaurant meal can be an act of storytelling and transportation. Sliding onto a stool at a bar, being met with a classy and silky martini punctuated with a briny olive, is there to prepare you for a plate of finely-shucked oysters that were bobbing in the Atlantic 36 hours ago. In this moment the noise and cacophony can melt away, your phone finds its way back into your pocket, and we find communion with those of us on our left and right.

We place a premium on doing the work to find producers, growers, and ranchers that have values that align with our own. It’s our desire to bring food to your table that speaks to its sense of place and time, and to be able to bring the connection to those producers to a higher level of consciousness.

Went for our anniversary, this is the 2nd anniversary in a row we spend there. And we noticed a difference from the first time. From the food to the service. Maybe that great experience was that one time only and not someplace to keep going back to not sure.

Apps and sides were good. 7 OZ Steaks were overdone and definitely not with $175 / person ( we only had one drink each)

I went for a birthday dinner with a party size under 10 people on a Wednesday after 8 pm. We were told that we couldn’t order appetizers until we were ready to order completely. We ordered appetizers that never came. The noise level was so loud. Drinks took a while. Our server Ruby was great. I just think for the price we paid it could’ve been a lot better.

Every item was expertly prepared. It was fun to have oysters from both coasts. The appetizers and side dishes included both traditional and inventive. Our favorite was the tempura mushroom dish with black garlic sauce!

Johnny provided excellent service and even celebrated a special moment for my family and I. Food is complex and unexpected, flavors just keep building! Second time here and will be back :)

Took a long time to put in orders and get drinks. Dinner took 3 hours. Tables all around us getting flipped left and right. Food overall was delicious. Except the hamachi. Stick to meat.

Extremely slow and unreliable service. Discussed our time constraints of an hour which was acknowledged and was told it wouldn’t be a problem. Meal took 1:40 and we missed the first period of the Avs game.

It was a nice experience, but for 1st timers it would have been nice to know that they don't have dinner till 5pm and that 3:30pm to 5pm they only have happy hour menu before we made reservations.
