Today, my friend and I had a great time here. Especially when we first arrived, the host Stevis gave us a very warm welcome and showed us to a great table. (I hope I got his name right.) This was because today was my graduation celebration dinner. I was very touched by his kindness. I will definitely come back here again. Thank you.

Waiters were non-attentive, just dropped food and left. Many times I tried to get their attention but was impossible without me either shouting or walking over to them. What makes this worse is their waiters station was on other side of my booth but they would never look over to see me calling for them! For much of dinner, waiters were arguing amongst themselves over tips at waiter station right on opposite side of my booth. Night was ruined since they did not care for my dinning enjoyment!

Loved this place when it first opened … now not so much. Sadly we will probably not return. First our server Hannah was great she’s 5 stars. The place fell apart with the food. We shared 3 appetizers the crispy branzino and each had 2 martinis. With tip it was over $300 The hamachi crudo literally had small tissue thin slices of hamachi. Now it was tasty but they need to actually give you some hamachi, after all it is the main ingredient. To make matters worse the charred octopus mixed with chorizo and potatoes we had to send out a search party to find any octopus…sadly the search party came back empty handed. The potatoes and chorizo and the dish overall was tasty but once again missing the main ingredient. The branzino was more of a branzanito… the much smaller family member. It was also served on a big white plate making it look even smaller. Very disappointing. I will say the oysters were fresh and delicious, they were the highlight of this over priced under portioned dinner. We will go back to the original A in Newport Beach as we’ve always had a good experience there but sadly won’t be back to A PCH….

I ordered a dirty martini, needed to be dirtier, they were nice to bring additional olive juice. we ordered truffle fries to have with our drinks. they were ok, but better when we added salt. My husband had Scottish salmon asparagus and scalloped potatoes. He enjoyed his meal and finished it all. I ordered Branzino with a side of charred broccolini. I did not care for the sauce that on the Branzino. It was good but not as good as I've had in other restaurants. We also split a strawberry-rhubarb tart with vanilla iced cream. a lot of crust not much filling. Waitress was nice but it was VERY difficult to hear in the loud restaurant plus there was music playing in the background. not sure if I would return.

Went for happy hour. Wines in general are overpriced. Ordered food from happy hour menu. Octopus & tacos were fabulous, spicy tuna was ok, squash blossoms just did not work. Service, knowledge of food from waiter was top notch!

Excellent appetizers of avocado hummus and steak tartare. Chicken pot pie and lobster cobb were very good.

The ambiance was great. Food was good, prime rib was overcooked, however. I ordered it medium rare, but it was well done. Service was great (thanks, Ali), but it was not cheap.

This isn't a terrible place, but for this price, it should be wayyyy better. We saw our server just once (they didn't take the drink order for one of us, never came back for us to add more drinks), and our table was just plopped right in the middle of the floor with rolling chairs, so it felt very center stage and also like we were just added in to the bar area. Someone randomly came in with a dog as well? I'm not a dog hater, but come on, this is meant to be some kind of fancy special occasion-coded place, and it just didn't end up that way.

We had a friendly waiter who was happy to treat my mom extra special for Mother’s Day; even giving her a long stem rose on departure. The food was really delicious. Ordered the branzino and truffle fries- loved them. To top it off, the design of the space was top notch.
