We have a deep appreciation for Spanish cuisine from various regions, but the Basque country and Catalonia truly captured our hearts. Menu is too small. Food is just OK. Hard to compete with EDO which is 3 blocks away.

Hi This is Kat. I'm the Chef that came to check up on you guys. I'm sorry that you did not enjoy your meal. I explained in person that we do not intend to expand the size of our menu. We want to focus on Micro Seasonal Items and rotate our menu accordingly. Also we have an abundance of Pintxos (between 8 to 12 items) that comes around on carts as well. We rather focus on quality and execution rather then quantity and repetition. If you choose to come give us a try again hopefully we can help you find something you will enjoy more then the last as we are always thriving to be better and better. But if your EDO is more up your alley then we understand as our concepts are completely different. Also sir You are quite the hidden poet! best Kat Chef/Owner

Unique menu beautifully presented. Excellent service and attention to detail. The wild mushrooms and Iberia pork are a must! We really loved the tapas cart that came around with extra tasty treats!! I also loved the red sangria! All around a great experience!!

The small plates and tapas were really good. The restaurant is new so it wasn't crowded. We are considering having the chef cater an event.

A-MA-ZING We went there expecting just another tapas place. The interaction with the staff and the owners was to be remembered. The place is a fusion of tapas and dim sum (as in they bring trays with different dishes). Everybody was VERY friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We may have found our new best place in Vegas.

Great spins on classic dishes in presentation and in service. Concise but quality wine list. Highly recommended.

Pintxos is new to Vegas and what a great introduction! The foie is classic, many of the others are inspired by the best bites in San Sebastian and the rest of the Basque country. Can't wait till they start with Boquerone, Gilda, Bacalao or beef cheeks. Their larger dishes including mushrooms with sous vide egg and snag peas were the best! If you've love Basque food or want to give it a try these guys a must!.

After visiting the Basque region, been looking for basque cuisine especially Pintxos. Another great addition at Las Vegas Chinatown, took over space that MordeoLV and Osaka Sunset. They made the place look bigger by removing the big bar in the middle of the restaurant. Service is very welcoming and helpful. Initially thought menu was very limited so we tried most of it. But the bring a cart with different pintxos - term for tapas eaten in Northern Spain- Basque region. Surprising the had about 10-12 pintxos you can choose and noted to have weekly rotations- which is great to hear. Some of our favorite pintxos were crab with caviar, foie gras, the traditional skewer(anchovy, olives, piquillo pepper), steak skewer, and mixed mushrooms. I think we practically tried everything in the love. For the tapas- Really loved the croquette, brava patatas is excellent, and mushroom dish was amazing. Tried all plate dish and I would recommend both the octopus and steak dish. The clam rice dish was ok- a little salty for us. They have a selection of wines and sangria but loved the off menu red wine with Mexican Coke. They do have Txacoli. We celebrate a friend’s birthday and they gave us a scope of lemon bar ice cream with a candle. Tried all the desserts- they were good but we like churros the best. The basque cheesecake is more egg tart like not similar to LaVina is San Sebastián. The cream Catalan was demolished by my son. Highly recommend this tapas/pintxos restaurant m. Can’t wait to try other rotation pintxos and hope they continue to add on to the menu. Best of luck!!!!

We went on a Saturday at 5pm were the literal only table- which was fine. We thought the overall menu options were limited, and then the rolling cart options were limited as well. It was all good, but just not a ton of options
