Our largest private dining room seats up to 54 guests while the other two accommodate up to 10 guests each. Additionally, 97 West Kitchen and Bar offers two unique Chef’s Table experiences, complete with fully customizable menus and beverage pairings. Our indoor Chef’s Table option seats up to 12 guests at a custom-made table in direct view of the exhibition kitchen, which allows for one-on-one interactions with Chef Grant. Really good food and service. It was pretty loud but manageable. For our anniversary (44) they brought us a chocolate dessert to share. Nice touch.

The staff was friendly and helpful. It was a very relaxing ambiance with outstanding food. The pecan pie might be the best ever. We don’t have that many sweet treats and this was calorie worthy. As always, a great choice when in the stockyards.

Visited 97 West kitchen for my husband’s b’day. We sat on the patio - it was a beautiful night. Our waitress, Haylee, was fantastic! The food was excellent. I got the meat and cheese board for my dinner- it was huge but delicious. Husband got the chicken fried steak- it was wonderful! For an appetizer- we got fried green tomatoes- they were so flavorful- best I have ever had! I would recommend this place 100%.

The food was mediocre, nothing spectacular. The pancakes were dry and we never received butter for them or the pastries. The pastries were tiny, only one of each flavor, and stale, not what was advertised. It was like left overs from the free breakfast for a hotel chain. The desert was not what was advertised. There were 3 small slices of different cakes for four people, and there was only one we wanted. Again, not what was advertised. We spent over 400$ for something we could have gotten elsewhere at half the cost.

Mother’s Day brunch, which included a pastry plate, appetizer, entree and dessert for $59 per person. The tomato soup and “crostini” appetizer was a bowl of soup and half a grilled cheese sandwich, both of which were very good but a lot of food for an appetizer for one person. The deviled eggs with smoked salmon were also good and a more manageable portion size—three pieces. Both of us had chicken and waffles for the entree, which included 2-3 chicken tenders, waffle, 2 fried eggs, and gravy and syrup. The gravy was cold but this otherwise was very good. Only complaint is that the drinks seemed pricey—$17 each for the Mother’s Day special drinks, and coffee was $7 per person. That said, we had a very good time and would return.

This restaurant never disappoints whether you’re staying at the hotel or just visiting. The service is fantastic. And the food is always uniquely different. The vibe and decorations are awe inspiring. Can’t say enough good things.

First time at this restaurant. Heard nice things about it and was excited to give it a try. Overall, it was OK. Not great. Not horrible. Just OK. However, the fried green tomatoes were excellent.

Honestly the food left a lot to be desired. IT was my second visit and it was our anniversary. Our server was fantastic and the place is beautiful but the quality in the food just was not there.

Great food, service and Ambience. It was so good we booked a reservation for the next night. The inside area was very loud, so we asked to be seated at the outside area. This was perfect as there was little noise and the garden area and outside patio was amazing. Very happy with the entire experience!

Looks like our server had too many tables and it took too long to get bar drinks. Seemed a bit chaotic… the server seemed to be waiting for drinks from the bar. For this type of restaurant, the drinks SHOULD be more than timely, unfortunately they weren’t. There was a conference going on loud huge section behind us

Reservation was made months in advance because we were excited about the menu. We ordered the lamb rack and the ribeye. The request was medium rare cook on both. The lamb came back medium, which was fine because it was still edible. The ribeye came back blue and purple rare. When we told the wait staff, they took it back to the kitchen. It came back 2 min later and burned on the outside, but the inside was still rare. It was a shame because we had to go with another cut of meat to get some food.

We always enjoy 97 West. The food is amazing, the service is top notch and the atmosphere is the best! The only thing I would change is the extremely small two seater tables. Especially the ones against a wall or window, it makes for an uncomfortable dining experience.

Wow! The ambience, the vibe…. Come for that alone. But stay for the unbelievable food and top notch. We came for breakfast and absolutely enjoyed every single bite. If you aren’t stay at the hotel, do yourself a favor and take a walk around the property after your meal.

We had a fun dining experience at this restaurant. Steaks are as good as expected for a western themed restaurant. Our server was very experienced and efficient and was very personable. A large loud group of drunk rowdies crowded the table behind us on the patio. But overall we enjoyed the experience and will definitely return.
