    They had to hold our c/c before we ordered because people tend to walk out on their bills… uncomfortable. It was very slow yet so was our service. I expect more from a restaurant with that high of a price tag. Food was good but don’t plan to return.

    We made reservations, but were told everyone was 1st come 1st serve regardless. The manager (short black lady) was very rude while walking us to our table.

    I’ll NEVER EAT THERE ON MOTHERS DAY AGAIN. Mother’s Day weekend is only open for their $100 brunch buffet. Open table let me book a reservation not part of the brunch and to my surprise, I had to pay the exorbitant fee to eat anything. The food was fine, but the Aero Squadron packed the buffet with so many diners that it was disgusting. Moving through the buffet was a joke. And there was no down time. They served over 1800 people in one day.

    We ate here for Mother's Day. When I made a reservation, I had no idea I was going to be expected to wait in line outside for a half hour (with elderly parents). I saw a sign by the front door advertising their holiday event as I was waiting, stating that they recommend but didn't require reservations. I didn't see a separate line for the walk-ups. Not sure what the point was in making a reservation if we were going to have to wait in line with walk-ups, and if I had known this was the policy, I probably would have gone elsewhere. The ambience is charming. Definitely takes you to an older time. However, that also meant extremely cramped quarters. Getting food was very difficult. Between the number of people there and the very tight spaces between tables and the buffet tables, I'm really surprised there weren't more people dropping dishes or getting frustrated with each other. Staff and guests were very friendly and accommodating. The food was pretty good. Most of the food was being eaten quickly enough that it was fresh. Eggs Benedict was not overcooked like it usually is at buffets. The carved beef was tasty and juicy with lots of sauce options. While not anything I'd expect at a buffet that costs as much as this did, the nacho bar was quite good. The meal was VERY expensive for what we got. While the ambience was cute and the food was pretty good (not anything to crow about), it DEFINITELY wasn't worth what we paid for the holiday event after you factor in the other negatives. Even if the method for seating people was smoother and there was adequate space, just the food quality wasn't worth what we paid. Add in the reservation system, tight space, and volume of people all trying to get food at the same time, and I don't think we'll be returning. It didn't ruin our Mother's Day, but for the price we paid, I expected to leave much happier.

    Reservations meant nothing. Still had to stand in a line for over 45 minutes and had to pay before eating or even entering the building. Buffet lines were super crowded, food was already taken, leaving empty trays and not quickly replaced. Sat outdoors, and while it was lovely outside, the flimsy folding chairs were a concern & uncomfortable. Definitely not worth the overpriced cost for Mother’s Day.

    Very disheartened by this experience. They definitely decided to choose earning money over a quality Mother’s Day experience. Everyone who had reservations was made to wait 25-35 minutes in the sun before being seated. Elderly, children, babies there was no option or exception. I’m not even sure doing this is ADA compliant. And what other choice do you have when you know all other restaurants are booked at this point. I knew going in they raised the price by $35 per person, $100 for adults and $45 for kids, for Mother’s Days. Which I was completely fine with if it was delivered upon with food quality. Sadly again not in this case. All the food was essential from Costco and the drinks other than champagne you had to get from coolers like a tailgate. If a restaurant can do this to mothers on Mothers Day do you want to support

    Having dined here frequently over the decades, we thought it would be nice to treat Mom for Mothers Day. Despite a 12:45 pm reservation made weeks ahead, and confirmed twice, we had a 40 minute wait. This wasn’t an accident; the front desk informed us it had to do it this way because they’re serving four times as many customers than usual that day. This is sheer greed to shove as many unsuspecting patrons @ $100 each into jammed buffet lines. Shame on management for making my 86 year old mother stand in line in the sun for 40 minutes then have to elbow her way through clanking plates and bodies to get lunch. This “reservation” system was rude and misleading, and left a bad taste in our mouths.

    so first off we arrive 5 minutes before our reservation and the line was nearly 100 people deep out the door waiting for tables. we waited over 40minutes past our reservation time. once we finally got seated we sat inside, big mistake. It was overcrowded and so hot, they had no a/c on and the doors open but we were no where near a door and it was swealtering. we were covered in sweat when we finally left. the area for food was so congested the food was all over the place, lots of items were gone and stood there forever waiting for them to be replaced. Our waitress brought champagne and nothing else (I had three kids with me who needed drinks). we asked for water 3 times. my son asked for a coke right in the beginning and it didn't come until he finished his food. the waitress was walking around refilling champagne the entire time and seemed irritated that she had to bring other beverages, she actually told us once that we could get them ourselves but that was juice and coffee. my daughter was feeling sick from the heat and wanted a sprite and we didn't get it until we were ready to leave. some food was good, others not at all. The steak was so over cooked it was grey, not a bit of pink. Potsickers were sitting there so long they were hard. yet I waited nearly half an hour to get a waffle. overall we would not go back, the area to get food was so tight and the way they managed the reservations it was a flood of people all at once trying to get food. such a disappointment on mothers day.
