Ce restaurant présente l'intérieur classique d'une chophouse américaine avec des box en cuir caractéristiques, un mobilier en bois de cerisier, du parquet, des comptoirs en granit et de hauts plafonds accentués par un éclairage spectaculaire. Le 801 Chophouse in Cherry Creek sert du bœuf de catégorie USDA Prime, du poisson, des côtes de porc Duroc et des légumes de saison. Le chef exécutif Jeremy Kalcic propose des plats uniques chaque semaine. We were to get a dessert for our anniversary but they ended up charging us. Very expensive $1,000 for 6 dinners and 4 of the 6 split dinners. Most likely will not return. Very noisy.

An exceptional steakhouse with a well versed staff (Ask for Brandon!) on everything steak from the cuts to where the robust flavor derives from. Will absolutely return to enjoy this fantastic cuisine.

Always a terrific experience at 801 Chophouse. They really do steaks right. Service was prompt and attentive, but not overbearing. The ambiance is unique to Denver, and we always enjoy our visits.

Always a great experience. Sitting in the bar area is the way to go. The service is always a 10 and they do a spectacular job for special occasions.

Was not pleased with service and food. Salads were brought and still had menus in hand, needed to put menus on laps to eat salads. Sear was not good at all, have eaten at some of the best steakhouses and searing was burnt, not seared. Server never came back to even ask how things were to complain. Champagne served in wine glasses and all other tables had proper flutes. Did not go at a very busy time and was still not happy with service. I have written 5 reviews of hundreds of places visited and this merited a review.

This is the first time I've ever given Chop House's food a 4 star instead of a 5 star! I ordered the scallops over risotto with a side of creamed spinach. After tasting the risotto, then adding a little salt, I pushed it to the top of my plate and didn't touch it after that. It just was not good! I must say that when I mentioned it to one of our servers, she volunteered to get me something different, etc., but I knew the scallops and the spinach would be plenty for me. (That's why the service always gets a 5 star!!) Just surprised that the risotto wasn't good. Everything else was superb!

Our waitress was the sweetest lady and knew so much about all the steaks. Had great recommendations for us and the wine to pair it with. She was fantastic. Food was so good as always!

My kids told me I went “full Karen” on the hostess because I was too harsh in the way I asked for a booth instead of a table in the middle of the dining room. I think they’re being a little harsh with me (wonder where they get it from?). We got our booth and our dinner/service was great and I’m really sorry if I made the hostess uncomfortable.

What a delicious time we had ! Drinks fabulous and food fabulous and so was our waiter …. a lovely and relaxing evening ! The only thing I wished was that they gave us the bone when I asked to wrap up my steak …. it’s my favorite and was bringing leftovers to husband and even texted him and he was excited …. they threw it away and only packed up the steak …. We were disappointed to not have it in our to go box …. I wish they would have asked us ….. anyway that is about it other than that it was great and will come back to try out the rest of the goodies in the menu

We started with the meatballs that were delicious. Next was the half roasted chicken followed by the lamb chops cooked to perfection. The mushroom and Boursin cheese side was amazing. The mashed potatoes were great too. The chocolate souflee was good, I am just not a fan in general, but he is. This was divine. Will be back.

Shanna was a fabulous server. She was very engaging and conscientious. The food was superb, if a bit pricey but the overall ambience made the experience lush. We will be making a habit of coming here whenever we are in Denver.

We were celebrating my daughter's birthday. 801 Chop House really rolled out the red carpet for my daughter. She was very pleased. Collin was our server and he was exemplary in every aspect. He recommended certain entrees and they were spot on. Collin was kind, professional, knowledgeable and fun! We normally go to Chart House for birthdays and special occasions, I am going to re-think this now. It was a perfect evening!

Excellent as usual. Kuddos the Shana (our waitress) and Dan (General Manager) for making our experience exceed our expectations. Shana was attentive to all ouIr needs, and provided excellent service. Dan picked out the wine for our entrées, and treated us to a Hungarian wine for desert. Both of these individuals deserve to be recognized for their outstanding service.

This was one, if not the best, meals in my life. I did lots of research on where to go for my wife's and my birthday, and this restaurant came highly recommended and now I know why! The service was incredible and the food was beyond all expectations. Our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu and made all sorts of recommendations when we asked. He also knew all the intricacies of how to order everything to meet our needs like wine and food selection. I will never forget how great of a meal this was! A memory of a lifetime!

We took some long time friends, and we had a great time the food is always incredible! Everyone waiting on us was professional and made our friends feel like this was really someplace special! The managers at 801 Dan and Jules who we have met because we frequent this restaurant a lot, are doing an amazing job in making 801 chophouse feel like you’re in a Michelin stared restaurant!! Our friends loved it so much when they come back to visit in June they said this restaurant is a must. Thank you 801 chophouse for creating a place that not only has great ambience, but impeccable, food, and service here in Denver.

$135 steak ordered medium arrived well done. Southside Martini arrived in a Collins glass. Was told 2 drinks would be comped for ruining the steak but only one was. On the plus side, great flavors and service, generally, but I shouldn’t be asked if I mind a martini being served on the rocks in a Collins glass when I’d told the server, when I ordered, that it is served up. Martinis and steaks are things this place should get right without help from the guest. If you go, request a booth. They’re romantic and a little quieter.

We had the best waiter that explained the difference in wet vs dry steaks and even brought uncooked wrapped so we can see cuts and sizes. Food was excellent-

This steak house is our favorite. We celebrated a birthday to our teenagers. We let them decide where to go, and without a second thought they picked this restaurant. We ate the ribeye this time, and it is a keeper. The service is perfect. The steak tartar is by itself, a good enough reason to come here. Bravo! Well done!

From the moment we walked in the front door we could tell we were in for a special evening. The hostess team greeted us with genuine warmth and smiles and seated us at a cozy booth in the lively dining room. Best steaks in Colorado, honestly the best steak I've ever had. All of our sides were perfect accompaniments to the protein. Service was attentive but not intrusive. If you are looking for a high level of service in a luxurious but slightly laid back atmosphere 801 Chophouse will surely deliver.
