Sixty-One Prime serves prime steaks and delectable signature seafood dishes in an elegant atmosphere, conveniently located just off the main resort lobby. Pair your meal with a bottle selected from our extensive wine menu and don’t forget to save room for dessert. The world-class chefs at Sixty-One Prime are sure to deliver a dining experience like no other. Reservations recommended. For parties of 7 or more, you must call directly. We may not be able to accommodate combining reservations as one group. Outdoor dining is by request only at time of seating.

I eat here every time I'm down in The Keys. The food is always high quality with a very good menu.

Food was very good but service was slow. We ordered a bottle of wine that took nearly 30 minutes to arrive at our table.

Everything was very good, my wife and I celebrated her birthday at Hawks Cay, she wanted a good steak and I wanted seafood they served both with excellence Our waiter was top notch! I will return when we visit the area again

Just ehhh and blah. I expected so much more for the price we paid. Food wasn’t terrible, but I’d never go back. If I’m spending 2x or 3x as much as I would off the resort, I expect it to be top notch. Water glasses stayed empty, food was bland, menu was limited. No thanks. Head down to key west and walk in to any restaurant or shack and you’ll find better food at a far less price.

Although the server was nice and pleasant she would not proactively come over and check on us or remove plates

Reservations..should have ate at the pool..charge more for similar fair..fish special was about as over cooked as could be…shrimp pasta under spices and chilly..server..I guess it was an honor Tonja e her grace our table..
