Très bonne expérience. Un très bon restaurant avec des Birgers de qualité et un personnel très aimable et efficace. J’aime également la décoration de l’établissement qui était une ancienne boucherie. Je le recommande vivement. Bon appétit.

Accommodated us by taking us early - thank you. But once we sat - service took a very long time - I think he forgot about us. Food was great. Food costly but was expected.

Good casual food; very reasonable prices. The hosts are inefficient and border on rudeness. The servers were fine. Overall, I believe this was of higher quality in the past.

This was my 8th visit to 5 Napkin Burger. Amazing food as always, the restaurant itself is really chilled, staff fantastic! Always recommend to people I know who are visiting NYC. Great location too. The 5 Napkin Burger is amazing!

Disastrous service (the waiter left us unattended for several minutes while we were ordering, got our order wrong, food came at different times than requested and late, beverages came three times until they got it right…). Food was heavy and not too digestive, greasy and we all had a hard digestion. Will not recommend at all!

The 5 Napkin Burger is delicious! And beyond that, I had a last minute change in my reservation and the greeter could not have been nicer. She accommodated my change gracefully.

Food was delicious! Had the Aji tuna burger, and the guacamole. Happy hour drinks are a great price! Highly recommend the sparkling mimosa.

I go here often it’s generally loud but the music was extremely loud. It made having a conversation difficult.

Waiter was not informed on the food preparation. Mislead my daughter on her choice and it was not what she wanted. Appetizers and entrees were brought out at the same time. Milkshake was warm.

Outstanding burgers and onion rings. This is one of our go-to places when looking for a nice, casual meal in a vibrant setting. It’s always packed but the service is attentive.

The restaurant was very crowded with pre-theatre guests which made the service somewhat less attentive than it normally is. We eat here often and like coming back very much. I veered from my usual 5N Veggie Burger to try the new Impossible Patty Melt which was a huge disappointment for me. Otherwise everything deelish and promptly served as always.

We made a 4:30 reservation before a 7pm show. The timing was perfect to get us in line early at the theater. The burgers were delicious and the 4:30pm seating on a Wednesday got us happy hour prices on apps and cocktails. Great spot close to the theater district and kid friendly! Definitely recommend!

Super restaurant avec d’excellents burgers !!! Mon préféré dans le quartier de Hell’s Kitchen !!! Je vous le recommande pour les amateurs de bonne viande… Maos aussi de burger végane car oui, il y a l’Incredible burger pour ceux qui ne mangent pas de viande…😜👍🏻

We got there before our reservation and had a delicious 5N Manhattan at the bar. The bartender was super nice and made a great cocktail. As always, our burgers were delicious and the server was extremely polite and attentive. He recommended the strawberry shortcake dessert which we greatly enjoyed - very sharable. Would definitely recommend 5 Napkin. It's our go to before or after a Broadway show as it is quick and very close to theatres.

Food good, but happy hour service not so good. Shift changes were disorganized, we had to keep flagging someone down for service.

It was good but not someplace I would be in a hurry to visit again. Tuna steak was very dry and well done when I asked for medium rare. Pancakes were fine but not as good as the other places we have been in NyC. Food came out pretty slow. No big problems but just average

Our meal was absolutely outstanding! The guacamole was so cold and delish. It rivaled what I ate in Mexico and the 5 Napkin burger was by far the BEST burger I have ever had!! We cannot wait to go back!!!

I read the reviews, booked a table and went over. The hamburgers are juicy and I paired it with a side salad. My sisters had the fries and they were crispy, not greasy. We will definitely be back!

The food is unmatched. We sat by the window due to the weather being cold, however we had a view of the busy street, we could enjoy each others company without yelling, and the one drink I did enjoy was perfectly mixed and served.
