Our waiter, Win, was as delightful and attentive as he always is when we are seated in his section.

We arrived early, and they had no record of our reservations. Luckily, due to open tables they were able to seat us right away. We were celebrating a birthday, and it was on the lake which is why we chose this restaurant. We started with ordering a bottle of wine for the table. When the server brought it, the container had some kind of food all over it. I noticed it before she even set it down. So, we are not off to a good start. Then they brough us our appetizer with no plates or silverware, we had to get up from the table to find someone to get these for us. I ordered the steak which came with soup or salad. I chose the soup which was tomato bisque. It was so thick I felt as if I was eating tomato sauce. I had mentioned it to the waitress who replaced it with a salad. My steak came, and it was totally overcooked. It was supposed to come with asparagus per the menu, it came with green beans. Honestly, I felt like everything was wrong and did not want to mention it to the server, not sure if she overheard me, or observed it, but she came over and asked about the steak. She said let me take it and get a new one. 25 min later, everyone else was now done eating. :( but came out perfect, but this time with asparagus! Honestly the service was NOT great! We had to continually look for our server to get another bottle of wine, more water etc. A good server should come by occasionally to see if we needed anything else. With the presents, it was obvious we were celebrating something. She never acknowledged this at all! Other restaurants will bring out a birthday dessert. Overall it was just okay. Service can make or break a restaurant in my opinion.

Always have an amazing experience. Staff is amazing, food is great! Lots and lots of options for food! There is something for everyone. I love the outdoor seating as well with views of the lake!!

Our server was not attentive at all. She forgot our appetizer. She went a very long time to check back each time. Our waters and drinks were constantly empty. It seemed as if she was being rude to me for some reason. She brought out everyone’s drinks but mine and when we told her we would like to do a shot before we left she rudely asked me for my check back. The panini bread tasted like it was freezer burnt and the chips were old with hardly any seasoning. I’ve had the LA Club for lunch and it’s always delicious on wheat or whatever it comes with for lunch. Seems like the food and drinks during the day are always lot better.

The waitress did a good job but the food came out so quick that we didn’t get to enjoy the appetizer and then the dinner was quick so it was very rushed … and kind of loud… my salad was okay …

We were not impressed. I ordered the Kobe burger and ordered it medium. There was not one speck of pink in it! No seasoning so it was bland. Sad that the brioche bun had more taste than the wagyu beef. Hubby ordered the ribs and did not care for them either. They just sorta looked like they were boiled and then had sauce poured on them. We asked for straws for our water and the server handed us unwrapped straws in a paper napkin. Ick. We sat outside and the atmosphere was nothing special. Maybe we should have sat inside because what we saw does not align with the price point of some of the menu items. I don’t understand what this restaurant is supposed to be - the website makes it seem like they want to be upscale but the appetizer menu feels partially like it’s Applebees. If they can’t grill a $16 burger to medium, there is no way I would ever come back to order a filet mignon here.

We all enjoyed out salads. One with shrimp and two with salmon. Everything was delicious
