I made a reservation for 12 people to celebrate my daughter’s graduation at 12:30. We got there early which was fine however the first thing we were told was that the pizza chef was late and would be in for at least an hour to an hour and half. I choose this place b/c the reviews said their pizza was amazing. iThere was one server and one person cooking the food. It TOOk forever. We were the only group in the restaurant, we had to get up to get water for the table several times.

Hello anonymous, We apologize for your unsatisfactory experience at 450 Gradi. As a team our main focus is our guests. Coming from both the servers and the chefs working the kitchen. The pizza-maker was present but due to an oven issue we were unable to deliver out the pizzas on a timely manner. Once again we apologize and hope to make it up to you and your guests. We can assure improvement in the kitchen and on the floor. Thank you for choosing 450 Gradi as your dining experience.

The food was very bad. They brought a filet Mignon that was very hard to chew. The pizzas were not good either. This restaurant is so expensive and not worthy at all.

If any dish was not to your liking i can confirm our servers would try to better your experience by suggesting another dish that could suit you better. We do have a well-trained pizza maker at the restaurant who can also improvise any pizza to your liking. Unfortunately, the restaurant is not prepared to offer a tasting menu. Upon arrival, Fernando, the manager, did not have our tasting menu reservation confirmed. He provided us with the regular menu, at which point we mentioned that we had purchased the tasting menu through OpenTable. The portions are enormous for a tasting menu, essentially consisting of regular dishes divided in two. All the courses lacked flavor, definitely needing better seasoning, as they were bland and unsalted. Fernando (the manager) attended to us very well and made every effort to provide excellent service. However, another server, when bringing one of our dishes, did not know what it was and had to look at the menu to tell us the name of the dish. Without any warning, karaoke began. I went with my wife to celebrate our anniversary, and we chose the restaurant for its intimate atmosphere; then, out of nowhere, the karaoke started. There was no notice of this in the reservation. If karaoke is to be held, at least notify the customers so they have the option to choose whether or not to attend. Improvement is definitely needed.

Hello Jonathan, first and foremost thank you for your review and intake on our restaurant. To clarify, the regular menu is provided to every guest because we do allow you to choose 5 pastas directly from the menu. We also have cocktails and wines in the same menu. We do apologize for the lack of knowledge coming from one of our employees. We are growing as a team and are providing training. Now, karaoke night is something we are trying to implement, unfortunately, we were doing a trial test which caused your experience to diminish. We will be adding karaoke night to open table when we are ready to move forward with it. We do hope we can make it up to you and you do come back for an outstanding experience at 450Gradi. We will be ready to provide you with the best experience. Thank you!

Started off with cocktails. Drinks are not the best of 450, I’ve had better especially at their prices for cocktails. Appetizers was okay and not too memorable. The main dish was pizza which was the highlight of the dinner! It was extremely tasty and it is my new standard for great pizza. The service is were 450 separates itself from the other neighboring restaurants. The waiter was fantastic, he was very generous with his explanations of menu choices. I will come back but it won’t be my first choice.

Fabulous night. Food was fantastic! Costanza went above and beyond and the entire staff was very attentive! One of our fav stops in Miami whenever we are in the area. The table side experience is fun! Looking forward to coming back!

During my recent visit to the restaurant, I had the delightful opportunity to experience exceptional service provided by Fernando, our waiter. From the moment we were seated, Fernando was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely warm. His recommendations were spot on, particularly his suggestion to try the chef's special seafood paella, which was a feast not only for the palate but also for the eyes. The quality of the food was superb. The ingredients were fresh, and each dish was cooked to perfection. The flavors were balanced and rich, clearly showcasing the culinary skills of the kitchen staff. The highlight of our meal, the seafood paella, was particularly impressive with its generous serving of succulent seafood and perfectly seasoned rice. Fernando's service greatly enhanced our dining experience. He was prompt with our orders, attentive to our needs, and always available to ensure our evening was pleasant. His passion for providing excellent customer service was evident, making us feel valued and well taken care of throughout our dinner. Overall, the combination of Fernando's outstanding service and the high quality of the food made our dining experience memorable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a dining experience that excels in both service and culinary delight.
