We tried 400 Gradi on Mother's Day at 11am with 4 adults. Unfortunately it took about 1 hour and 40 minutes to receive our food. I did expect it to take a bit longer being Mother's Day and all, but that seemed excessive. The atmosphere and decor were in keeping with the theme and very nice and very clean. The bread was very good even for $10, but the main courses lacked the flavor you'd come to expect from the various pasta dishes we tried. The carbonara was had burnt bits of Guanciale that made the dish taste bitter and the sauce was not adhered to the noodle like you would find in a traditional dish. I was disappointed as we had high hopes.

Alyssa and staff were great. The food and drinks were delicious. Outdoor seating had great scenery.

I had the Arrabiata pizza and it was delicious. I was not a fan of the banana peppers but that is a personal preference. My mom and I split the fennel salad and it seemed like it needed more to it. I could not taste the goat cheese as much as I would have liked to and I wish there were more grapefruit but it was a refreshing starter.

Food was good. Not great. Water was not offered. Only a bottle that was not sufficient for our party. Seemed kind of cheap to not offer water for free. It’s already expensive for just pizza.

I’ve been a few times now. This time I got the lasagna, husband for the gnocchi. We ordered meatballs and focaccia for app. My lasagna was just okay. In the past I’ve had the truffle mushroom pasta, which was also just okay. While the pasta is fresh the taste is always missing something for me. My husband did enjoy his gnocchi and we consider ourselves foodies. The service could be better. We had to ask another employee that passed by for water after waiting for so long and after our appetizers were delivered. We had reservations and were seated immediately. While the majority of the tables had a light in the center of their table, our table as well as the few tables around us did not have any light or candle. Nice to have the ambiance of the light. IMO the food is expensive for just okay tasting food w: so-so service.

My Wife & I tried 400 for the 1st time on 5/3/24 ~ we were not disappointed ~ outstanding ambiance with a great vibe ~ food & service were Top Shelf ~ Casandra was our guest specialist & was exceptional, timely check ins, enhancing our experience ~ complete staff presented good attitudes, imagine that😜 ~ got you down in our Friday Night Rotation 400!
