Pastas, bread, stocks and sauces are all made in-house and include the ever-popular Gnocchi di Luigi - house-made pasta served with napoli and ricotta or the Spaghettini al Granchio – cherry tomato, zucchini, crab meat, lobster bisque, chile.

The Gradi menu has over 15 selections of Neapolitan pizza combinations from the Margherita Versace, to standouts such as the popular Suprema - pizza in bianco, fior di latte, pumpkin, rocket, pinenuts and goat cheese or the Quattro Formaggi - bianco, fior di latte, grana Padano, and Emmental. The differential of 400 Gradi’s pizzas are that the dough and toppings are authentically prepared according to strict Neapolitan standards.

Came to Dallas for the first time two years ago and wanted Italian, booked 400 Gradi based on the Open Table reviews. Booked again this time and will come back whenever we’re in the area. Husband was here a month ago on business and brought some people then too, they raved about it as well.

The service was great, the food had hits and misses. I would highly recommend you skip the pizza altogether, the two we order didn't come with any sauce- we ordered a cheese and pepperoni, and the Diavola- just so odd and unexpected. The other food we had was good, just nothing rememberable for a nicer restaurant.

Amazing, homemade Italian food. The gnocchi was pillowy and delicious. The meatballs were tender and full of flavor. Great menu with lots of options and most of the pasta is hand made. Great wine list and cocktail menu as well. So many other great options on the menu I wanted to rey. Definitely a must visit location if you're in Dallas.

I came here with my family for dinner before a show at the Meyerson. It was a lovely time. The server was excellent, and gave us a great explanation of the regions that all of the meats and cheese came from, as well as his personal recommendation for wine (which was amazing!) The pasta personally felt a little over done, but aside from that the experience was top notch.

Needed a nearby place to have dinner before a play at the Wyly Theater Ctr. Good crowd watching and booths were comfortable. The pastas were good - very rich. The gelato was delicious.

Overall, very enjoyable experience. The staff was very polite and did a great job pacing the food. The atmosphere was hard to determine as it was a slow evening so we could not evaluate the noise level. The food was very good, especially the pizza. The entrees were proportioned well and hit the mark. Overall, a 4.5 on everything and if we’re back in Dallas, we would try again.

A friend and I went for dinner, we ordered the crab cakes and they said they didn’t have them. We ordered the shrimp dish under the appetizer they did not have that. So we then settled on one of their pizzas. The pizza came it was dripping wet and extremely soggy. I highly do not recommend.

We had an excellent meal. We really appreciated that the chef made a special accommodation to address an allergy concern. The alternative sauce was outstanding. The service was also outstanding .. timely, informative, super friendly. We had a great experience and will be back.

Was introduced to 400 Gradi when it opened several years back. Food, drinks, and service were excellent then. Pleased to report nothing has changed! Loved the seafood linguini and the Italian martini; my companion enjoyed his dish too. I could tell because his plate was clean!! I am looking forward to heading back there for a late afternoon lunch!!!

After making a reservation through OpenTable, my wife and I arrived at the restaurant and were seated in the bar area and serviced by the bartender. There appeared to be plenty of seats and servers available outside the bar area. We liked the wine selection but were disappointed that they could not provide Italian sparkling water which we prefer. The reviews had recommended their Neapolitan style pizza, so we ordered pizza and a Ceasar salad. The salad was nice. The pizza took a lot longer to arrive than we expected and when it did arrive was not very good. The crust was very chewy and not at all like a Neapolitan pizza. My pizza had artichokes on it and most of the artichoke on the pizza was inedible artichoke leaves. I finally picked enough off to eat most of it but did not enjoy it very much. For dessert we ordered a tiramisu tart. I would compare it to tiramisu flavored glop on top of a hockey puck. The pastry base was too hard to cut. We finally scraped the tiramisu of the top of the tart and ate it. By that time the bartender was busy making drinks and we got tired of waiting for service. We went to the front and complained, and our bill was reduced. I consider this an empty gesture on the restaurant's part. I feel that when you make a reservation at a restaurant that they should seat you in a regular dining area and provide dedicated service. We will not return to 400 Gradi.

We brought friends who hadn’t dined at 400 Gradi previously. They loved the food and the atmosphere and plan to return! It’s my favorite restaurant in Dallas!

We ate outside, so sometimes the traffic noise was loud. That comes with the territory, though. This is one of my Dallas favorites.

The service was great, food was so so, looking at the menu and other reviews we had higher expectations. Our Entree's were okay, their Burrata was great, but that was it. Pizza 3.5 out of 5. Gnocchi 2.0. we skipped dessert as weren't impressed by our mains

Expensive and left a little hungry despite ordering an appetizer. Food was absolutely delicious, but was disappointed to see my seafood dish had so little seafood on it. It was mostly pasta, the clams and mussels were inconsistent some were nicely sized others had almost nothing in them which was a bummer considering there are so few on the plate.
