The views are amazing from the 18th floor at all angles. The Saturday night the music was very loud which won’t suit some people. The server was very friendly. The food service was so chaotic to almost the point I can’t explain. Ordered potatoes, then some other items, 40 minutes later told they had no potatoes. Ordered more food told 20 minutes later they couldn’t make a salad as missing ingredient. Food arrived in odd order, ie not in the order it was ordered. We told waitress we were missing an item and didn’t need it. We then ordered desserts, someone else’s food was delivered. We ate desserts, then the bread we ordered an hour before as a starter arrived. A manager said she would offer two comp items due to the missing potatoes. No items were removed from bill and other peoples food was on bill. In total almost £40 was removed from bill due to errors and others peoples items. I also said I wanted to earn Gino points only but someone redeemed all my points and couldn’t reverse it. There are clearly many learnings here. I’d love to return but very skeptical about food with this chaos.

We ordered 4 things from the menu for both of us to share. First came the Bruschetta, then the fried Risotto balls. When we had finished this our potatoes arrive. We had expected to have our Belly Pork at the same time but didn't arrive. When I eventually caught the attention of the waiter, it appears the pork had been forgotten about. The 360 bar is a fabulous location, it was obvious that the people who were there had gone to enjoy a romantic couples evening and groups of friends were there to socialise and catch up with conversation. Unfortunately, the music was at "night club" level and it was difficult to hold conversations. We spoke with other people who said the same. It's nice to have background music but really loud music spoils the ambiance..

Was a last minute decision to book, wasn’t the best but wasn’t the worst experience - straight off the bat, the drinks were amazing and the atmosphere with music and sights from the window were great so we had high expectations. Our server informed us after about 45mins of waiting for our food that a mistake had been made and our order hadn’t been placed but they would try there best to fix it fast which we completely understood because mistakes happen in hospitality so weren’t phased by this despite the long wait, we then received our starter 5 mins later so all was going well again until the mains… they came with the ceaser salad for my partner but no ravioli for myself which I think they forgot to add again to the order. My ravioli came 15/20mins after my partner had finished her mains so we didn’t get to eat together - we were given a couple of glasses of Prosecco on the house but nothing was removed from the bill which was quite disappointing leaving our overall thoughts not great.

Myself and my husband had a most enjoyable evening. We found the booking easy The welcoming was friendly. The staff were very considerate and knowledgeable about drinks and food. The views from the restaurant were astounding. We would definitely recommend the restaurant/bar to anyone wishing a memorable evening.

Hi I took my mum and partner for afternoon tea as a celebration for my late sisters 50th birthday. However, my mum and partner don’t like eggs, so I had there egg sandwiches. It’s all I had to eat and I’ve been sick ever since, it’s started about 6pm. I’m not saying it’s the egg but I didn’t eat anything else. It’s the 2nd time I have been there and never experienced this before, we had a bottle of Prosecco too but I was driving so only had small amount wanting to toast to her. However, the experience and the staff were lovely but I just don’t feel too well after attending. Cathy Jefferson

En la mesa que teníamos asignada se veía un cartel, no la vista a la ciudad. Pedimos otra mesa que estaba libre, nos dijeron que era de 4 pax y luego se dio a 2 ocupó por 2 personas

Exceptional! From the moment we arrived we were made to feel welcome. All the staff were friendly and the maitre de went out of his way to make sure we had an altogether lovely time. The food was top quality and the views of Liverpool amazing.

Great and fast service from a petite dark haired young lady- very friendly and attentive. Cocktails were served quickly and looked and tasted lovely. Ordered the Fantastico antipasti which was well presented, fresh and delicious. A waiter quickly bought out 2 extra breadsticks and apologised they were missing from our platter. We didn’t notice but appreciated the effort nonetheless :)

I couldn’t give a review for food as we just had cocktails. The setting is beautiful and we’re the cocktails, staff were great but when we walked in, the heat was almost unbearable! We asked a staff member to put on the air conditioning and they did. Within about 20 minutes it did cool down, but it was a lot at first ! Lovely though and we will return.

Only went up there for pre dinner drink on Saturday night before going downstairs. Conversation very difficult due to very lowed disco noise. Looking at average age of people there can’t think many enjoyed it. Why do certain restaurants in Liverpool think people want lowed disco music when they are trying to have a chat. You would go to a disco if you wanted that. Even youngsters occasionally just want to talk. Reduce the noise. This was 7pm !

Been here twice now for drinks and enjoyed it. Drinks are well priced and the service is polite but can be a bit hit or miss, especially considering it’s a nice venue. There was a big party in half of the bar, the music was very loud and would’ve been nice to have known before hand as the first time we went it was a lot more chilled.

Was really looking forward to going and it was even better than me and my girlfriend thought it would be , views was unbelievable, the bar was great and the drinks was perfect , staff couldn’t of been any nicer , can’t wait to go back 👌

Waiter had a couldn't be bothered attitude to serve us and clearly didn't want to be there. Food was minimal and had to wait ages to be served. Was really looking forward to the meal and disappointed at what arrived with poor service.

Drinks value poor, tiny drinks for the price. Food was pricey. Took over 10 mins to be seated. Waiters ignored us for 10/15 mins and then proceeded to barely say a word. Waited another 20 mins for a drink for it to not even fill the glass it was in. My mum's drink didn't taste or look like it had anything other than soda water in it. We decided to leave and had to hunt down the waiter and he was nowhere to be found to which he printed the bill, didn't say a word, didn't smile and added on a service charge for the very minimal interaction. Don't recommend, wouldn't go back. Staff are rude and obnoxious and value was poor.

the views are outstanding. the drinks are expensive but lovely, we didnt eat but we did have a dish of the most amazing olives, huge and really meaty. we didn't get a counter table so our veiw was linited but we can't all have counter views. the services was fine, not overly atentive but not in your faaced either, the Music was far too loud, you couldnt here the person next to you, which in turn meant that the people around you were also shouting to be heard. it brought the whole atmosphere down,

Staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Afternoon tea was amazing and super filling. Overall was a very good experience. The views were fabulous shame about the weather. Would highly recommend.

We booked for after graduation. Beautiful venue and food was very well presented. Only slight issue was we had prebooked and it took long time for food to arrive.

It was OK. Not bad or anything. Just OK. We went for lunch on a Saturday. It wasn’t particularly busy but the service was a little slow. One of the mains arrived first before the starters, followed by the same person’s starer, followed by my main then finally my starter. Stunning views, and I suspect this place comes alive at night for drinks, but on a quiet Saturday afternoon, it lacked atmosphere. Weird shrine to Gino on the south wall. Unisex toilets might not be for everyone either (if I’m allowed to say that these days).

View at the evening was amazing. Music was great. Very comfy chairs. Great atmosphere Drinks a bit pricey, but expected for the place.

Thank you so much to Brendan for looking after us on our visit to 360 Skybar Liverpool on the 12th April. His attention to detail was outstanding, and ensured that we had the best table. His wine and cocktail knowledge was incredible and really looked after myself and my friends, making our night out very special. We will definitely be returning and would definitely recommend.

Whilst the staff were friendly and helpful, the service was slow, particularly for drinks. This has been commented on in many reviews and it appeared that staff were expecting a complaint about slow drinks service which made us wonder why they didn't appear to be addressing the problem. We ordered from the cicchetti (small dishes) menu and we asked for it all to be brought out together, however it was still brought out separately as it was prepared. After we had ordered we were told that 4 of the dishes we'd ordered were not available, one being the only pasta dish on the menu. We were hugely disappointed by the number of dishes unavailable. On a positive note, the food was delicious, well presented and very good quality.

Really disappointed with our visit. We sat at our table for 8.30pm and after 15minutes had to call a waitress over to bring us a menu and take a drink order. We ordered 8 dishes expecting them to arrive at the same time. Dishes arrived randomly with longs gaps between. Staff continually apologised and said food was coming. Some dishes were wrong and we asked we were told the menu had changed and apologised for not telling us! Big difference when you expect prawn ravioli and receive spinach ravioli with pine nuts. Good job no one had allergies. At 10.10pm we were still waiting for a couple of dishes to arrive so we cancelled them and paid the bill. Apparently Saturdays are busy! They did make an adjustment to the bill but it didn’t make up for the poor service and communication.

We only had cocktails a bottle of Champagne and basket of bread. Bread was lovely. Ambience fab and the views at 6pm to 7.30pm watching sun set was great!
