Le 360 est un concept gastronomique moderne basé sur un menu en constante évolution. Notre menu du souper est imprimé chaque jour et s'adapte aux ingrédients produits chaque jour par les agriculteurs locaux. Le menu est réalisé de A à Z en cuisine et exécuté par l'un des meilleurs chefs de Nashville, Will Uhlhorn, et son sous-chef Allie Evans. En plus de la cuisine de Will, le 360 offre plus de cinquante vins au verre, ainsi qu'une liste de réserve spéciale réunissant plus de 900 sélections, deuxième liste la plus importante de tout le Tennessee. Steak quality wasn't up to typical Bistro 360 standard. Mine was also undercooked, but the restaurant made an adjustment on the bill, which was very much appreciated.

We were seated in the private dining room which suited us perfectly. It was quiet and the ambiance was lovely, surrounded by bottles and nice lighting. My salmon was delicious, but my friend’s filet was outstanding. He, being widely traveled, said it was the best he has eaten anywhere in the world. Our server paid good attention to us and was very helpful. It was a great experience.

Once again a great experience. Nate our server was fantastic and the food was great. My wife had the scallops and said they were the best she had ever had. I had the chicken Milanese and it was cooked perfectly, great breading and sauce. Beignets for dessert were to die for. The watermelon and beet salad as a starter was also very good.

We went for a Mother’s Day brunch. We were presented a plate of pastries. They were a bit stale and quite ordinary. Not one was special and the wait staff couldn’t identify the different pieces. We found that odd and really unacceptable for a high end restaurant. The crab in scrambled eggs over an English muffin with hollandaise sauce was delicious. The price for 2 courses and pastry was $65, a bit high.

Had a fabulous dinner at the bar. We shared the dover sold and it was awesome. We paired it with a side of mashed potatoes. Can't wait to have it again!

Loved eating outside on the patio. Quiet and nice weather. Great service and good choice of food. My husband loved the SOLE. Always a neighborhood favorite. Wished they would bring back the broccoli / cauliflower dish.

Food was very good. It was quite loud (good for the restaurant to be full!). Our high-top table was so wobbly that we had to take turns holding it steady. The first time we mentioned it to our server, he just shrugged. Mentioning it again, he said he would stabilize it, but that never happened. I think he was pretty busy with lots of tables, but whenever he said, "Just give me a second and I will be right back" it was at least ten minutes before he glanced our way again. He wasn't exactly rude, he just gave off a "whatever" kind of vibe. It's an expensive restaurant (over $500 for 4 of us), and I would have appreciated his at least pretending to care.

We were lucky enough to be seated in the private dining room and it was beyond lovely. The cocktails and appetizers were top-notch, and entrees were very good but not great. The butternut gnocchi was slightly over salted, and the garlic confit was slightly too sweet. Not a deal breaker but slightly disappointing. The desserts were amazing though! We got one of everything and enjoyed it very much

Everything was delightful. However , for such an upscale restaurant, we were surprised that the background music was so mediocre. Perhaps some quiet jazz or classical. Maybe some piano works. Anything but a soundtrack that included Journey, of all things! The food was very good and the wait staff was very attentive.

Dinner was delicious and waitstaff is terrific. We were in the porch area… and when the space is full, the noise makes it hard to hear with groups of 4 that can be loud. One of our favorite lunch and dinner spots!

Steak was way undercooked. Gnocchi was bland. My wife just wanted a salad with steak on the top and instead of doing that they charged her for a full salad and a full helping of steak.
