Great spot with nice energy, good food and wonderful staff. I stayed at this hotel 2 nights and dined at Shulas both nights. Justin, Steve, Nikki, Michael and Holly were all very friendly and made sure my experience was wonderful even though I was a single diner. I will 100% be back next time I’m working in Seminole county.

Overall, the food was average but the price is on the high side. Everything was fine; service, food, and atmosphere. However, the restaurant could be excellent if more attention paid to the guest experience; utensils on the table without having to ask a couple times.

Shula's 347 is our go to restaurant, not only for all our special occasions but also for meeting with friends and enjoying good wine and fine food. The recent change in management has made a huge difference in every aspect of the venue and making sure that the customer is taken care of throughout the dining experience. It is so refreshing to see a service team that puts the customer first. We love Shula’s 347!!!

Usually a good after hour staple in the community, The restaurant was unfortunately not ready for Mothers Day. For a 1:30pm reservation, entrees took 70 minutes to come out. By the time we recieved them, dessert offerings were limited. For a $75pp menu, entree portions were surprisingly small (appetizers portions, in contrast, were generous). Mandatory gratuity was tacked on without notice (which would have been left regardless). As we left, what appeared to be a Westin team member was bad-mouthing guests on the restaurant floor to Shulas staff. Unfortunately, the service missed the mark this time!

Took the family here for Mother’s Day brunch. The price advertised was $75/person. Had to pay $125 deposit to secure our reservation. Great ambiance in this spacious and open restaurant. Service was pretty good and we started with appetizer, and salad/fruit bar. Moms got one included mimosa. The only issue we had was at the entree. The steaks were way undercooked and the eggs were way overcooked. The server and manager promptly took care of the steaks but no change with three eggs. The bill came and it was $75x5, plus tax, plus and automatic 20% gratuity. Overall a nice experience and I’d like to try them for dinner sometime.

OVERALL: (3). We keep coming back to Shula’s since it is in our “back yard” but after multiple mediocre experiences we are putting it on the “back burner”. FOOD: (3): Spicy shrimp appetizer: (4); my wife felt it was off from previous visits. Caesar salads: (3) could have used more dressing and the option for anchovies. Wife’s ravioli starter served as a main course: (2); she was surprised it was deep fried and likened it to store bought frozen pizza rolls. My crab cakes (4); I ordered the entrée version but was served the starter version. Good thing since I ate my wife’s “ravioli”. OVERALL: (3) SERVICE: (5). Josh was an outstanding server. AMBIANCE: (4). We enjoyed dining outside in perfect weather. Good thing since, as usual, the inside was “meat locker” cold. VALUE: (3). Market pricing.

347 Grille was great! Plenty of options on the lunch menu, which was perfect for a business lunch. Attached to the Westin hotel which was a convenient place to meet. The staff was friendly, service was quick and consistent. I would definitely visit here again in the future!

Our server, Chris, was fantastic. Nikki, the manager also came over to greet us. And, the food was excellent. A lot of great choices on the menu, and everything was delicious. I highly recommend 347 Grille by Coach Shula!

Quiet on weekends but busier on weekdays. The french onion burgers are terrific and recommended.

We have eaten here many times over the years. Never had a bad experience and this visit was no exception. My wife and I both tried the burgers on this occasion and they did not disappoint. My French Onion Burger was spectacular. Our server was attentive and wait times for drinks and food were very good. Overall, thoroughly recommended.
